Job involvement is the human resources management involves a new researchfield. In the process of continuously development, has now been applied to theenterprise human resource management and organizational development. Hospitalnurses to study the influence factors of job involvement as the theme, not only canfurther verify the theory, to build the model of the influence factors of jobinvolvement to provide powerful basis, make the human resource management theoryto get a wider range of development, can also understand the influence factors ofnurse job involvement, make managers know from which aspects to make themanagement more efficient, thus further promoting subordinates to increase thedegree of job involvement. This article will further analyze which factors will affectthe degree of job involvement, hope can through the study of this article, humanresource management play a guiding role for the enterprise.This study on the basis of the summary about the work in the literature at homeand abroad to develop the empirical research approach, using questionnaire surveymethod, statistical analysis method and empirical study, the related research,generalizes the development and research status of collection of management,psychology, clinical nurses’ job involvement, such as literature, to grasp the problemsexist in research, the samples collected five hospital nurses on the empirical analysisof hypothesized model, respectively using job involvement scale, personality strengthscale, role stress scale, perceived organizational support scale and family supportquestionnaire to test the influence factors of the hospital nurse job involvement, hascarried on the factor analysis to the data, discusses the factors influencing hospitalnurse job involvement.The main conclusions of this study are:①hospital nurses’ job involvementdegree on the age, level of education and working fixed number of year. In this study,the older you get, the longer you work, the higher the level of education a higher degree of job involvement;②hospital nurses’ job involvement and organizationalfactors, organizational commitment, organizational support, organizational justice,role stress) there is a positive correlation relationship;③the hospital nurses’ jobinvolvement degree affected by family factors, positive emotions in the family there isa positive correlation relationship with job involvement degree, negative emotion andnegative correlation degree of job involvement.
