The Clinical Research On The Effect Of Jieyudan Powder Stick On Treating The Motor Aphasia After Stroke

Objective: To compare the effect of Jie Yudan powder stick and the general treatment therapy on the patients of motor aphasia after stroke,and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.To provide an evidence for Jie Yudan powder stick therapy treating motor aphasia after stroke.Methods: This study selected 60 patients who was diagnosed as motor aphasia after stroke.All of them came from Gui Lin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine encephalopathy Outpatient and inpatient department.According to the random table generated by SPSS22.0 statistical package,the60 cases of motor aphasia after stroke were sorted randomly into 2 groups,30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.Both groups was treated by general stroke basic treatment,language rehabilitation training and Jin's Three Needles treatment.The control group was given simple Ice stick excitation therapy to stimulate patients' throat,the treatment group was given Jie Yudan powder stick therapy(which composed of shichangpu,yuanzhi,tianma,dannanxing,muxiang,qianghuo,jiangcan,dilong,gancao,quanxie,baifuzi).Jin's Three Needle treatment was given five times in a week(from Monday to Friday),Language rehabilitation training,simple Ice stick excitation therapy and Jie Yudan powder stick therapy was given twice for a day.After treated by 2 weeks and 1 month,evaluate all patients' language function and efficacy through CRRCAE.Record the adverse reaction and evaluate the safety of two groups.Then the results were imported into SPSS22.0 for related statistical analysis.Results: Clinical efficacy :The 2 weeks effective rate of the treatment group is 72.4%,the effective rate of the control group is 53.3% in efficacy evaluation,the 1month effective rate of the treatment group is 89.7%,the effective rate of the control group is 70% in efficacy evaluation,The difference between two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group.(2)On the side of CRRCAE Scale test,the two group before treatment has no significant difference(P>0.05).After 2 weeks and 1 month of treatment,the four aspects of listening,retelling,speaking and speaking were statistically analyzed(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the above four aspects.However,in reading and retelling,the comparison between both groups has no significant difference between reading and calculation(P > 0.05).(3)Treatment process did not seen the adverse reaction.There was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion(s): The Jie Yudan powder stick group was superior to the control group in improving the language function of motor aphasia after stroke,especially in the improvement of hearing,retelling,speaking,and vocal reading.Compared with the control group,it had more advantages and safety,and have no adverse reactions in treating the motor aphasia after stroke.The Jie Yudan powder stick therapy is worth popularizing in clinical use.
