Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Dumb Door Pricking In The Treatment Of Stroke Motor Aphasia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of blood pricking at Yamen in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy motor aphasia.Methods: According to table of random number,40 patients with cerebral apoplexy motor aphasia who met inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Each group was 20 cases.The observation group was treated by blood pricking at Yamen with ordinary acupuncture,and the control group was treated by ordinary acupuncture.The patients have ordinary acupuncture once a day,6 times a week.Take a day off every week.4 weeks off treatment.It takes a course of treatment.Pricking at Yamen was treated once every three days,twice a week.It takes 4weeks,blood pricking 8 times in all.Recording the marks of Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)including Fluency?information quantity?retell?name and Boston diagnostic aphasia examination(BDAE)before and after the treatment.By using statistical analysis,observing the difference of therapeutic effect.Results: 1.The marks of Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)including Fluency?information quantity?retell?name after been treated was higher than the scores of before treatment(P<0.01),each scores were all significantly improved(P<0.05),The marks after treatment of Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC)including Fluency?information quantity?retell?name between the two groups all have statistical significance(P<0.05).The observation group's scores were higher than the control group.The difference of information quantity were significant(P<0.01).While the difference of Fluency ? retell and name(P<0.05)were smaller than information quantity.2.According to analyse the BDAE after treatment,there has statistical significance(P<0.05),The improvement of observation group was better the control group.3.The scores of NIHSS after the treatment was less than the scores before treatment(P<0.01).But there has no statistical significance and difference between the both groups(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,The total effective rate of the control group was 85%.There has statistical significance(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The blood pricking at Yamen can improve language function.Using blood pricking at Yamen can improve the severity of language damages.But blood pricking at Yamen can't improve neurological function.increasing clinical effects further.It is worth to be extend at clinic.
