Aphasia is a language after a stroke due to cerebral vascular accident caused by the occurrence of certain areas of the brain caused by the absence of organic disease, namely oral and written expression and comprehension disorders, it is one of the common symptoms associated with post-stroke. In recent years, increasing as the population ages, the incidence of stroke, the prevalence rate showed an increasing trend. According to reports, about25%of stroke patients with speech disorders, and acute and chronic cerebrovascular disease in45%-69%had speech disorders. Modern medical research mechanism after stroke aphasia is no consensus, therefore, to develop treatment programs nor form a consensus, the clinical practice has proved that traditional acupuncture therapy effect after apparent stroke motor aphasia, make up modern medical treatment lack of exercise aphasia after stroke.ObjectiveThis study used a combination of three Wind Cave tongue three-pin motor aphasia after stroke and control with conventional acupuncture group compared before and after treatment in patients with the ability to communicate through language function score changes were observed three Wind Cave combination of tongue acupuncture three clinical efficacy of acupuncture motor aphasia explore effective treatment after stroke.Methods1, literature research:a review of the medicine, acupuncture, modern medicine motor aphasia after stroke awareness and prevention, to be explored in this program study the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine theory and feasibility.2, clinical research:meet the diagnostic criteria for inclusion of60patients randomly assigned to two groups for the treatment group and the control group of30patients treated with three wind combined with the tongue three acupuncture points, acupuncture control group with conventional therapy. Continuous treatment five times a week, three weeks of continuous observation,15times as a course of treatment of a course of treatment. Two groups of patients before and after treatment were carried out on Chinese Standard Aphasia Examination Scale (CRRCAE) and functional communication skills Inspection Act (CFCP) score and statistics therapy in both groups.Results1, A clinical effect:After a course of treatment, the treatment group, the total effective rate was90.00%in the control group, the total efficiency of73.33%, in the treatment group and the control group efficiency, data was statistically significance difference (P<0.05), indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.2, two groups of patients with functional communication skills test method scores:Before treatment, patients were functional language communication skills test for score, the difference was not statistically Data significance (P>0.05), comparable. Different measures after treatment, both groups of patients functional language communication skills scores were improved in the treatment group and the control group of functional communication skills scores (P<0.05), there was a significant difference in score between the two groups.3, the two groups were Chinese Standard Aphasia Examination scores comparison:Before treatment, patients were Chinese Standard Checklist aphasia score, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comparable. After various treatments, the treatment group and the control group, where listening and understanding, speaking, reading aloud, calculated by t test four aspects,(P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group may improve the clinical efficacy of these four patients better than the control group. In reading, repeat two aspects, comparing the group,(P>0.05), described both reading and retelling, the subject was no significant difference between treatment with conventional therapy.ConclusionIntegrated on the three Wind Cave combination of tongue acupuncture three motor aphasia patients after a stroke, a significant improvement in language function, clinical efficacy superior to conventional acupuncture. Functional communication skills test method in the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group was significantly improved patient communication and daily living skills. Aphasia further Chinese standard rating scale examination of the therapy for patients with listening comprehension, speaking, reading aloud, computing scores were significantly improved effect, and more effective than conventional acupuncture. In the retelling and reading, both treatments had no significant improvement on the score difference. Included in the overall evaluation of the cases, motor aphasia patients after acupuncture treatment for stroke, especially in the clinical effects of aphasia after a stroke caused by bleeding obvious, significantly more efficient than ischemic stroke aphasia; acupuncture for acute treatment of early acceptance patients can better promote their language functional recovery, and for the first time, resulting in motor aphasia stroke patients treated with acupuncture had significant clinical efficacy.
