Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)of Broca region of left brain in the treatment of poststroke motor aphasia, and to form a TCM rehabilitation and diagnosis and treatment scheme of motor aphasia after stroke, providing a clinical reference for the promotion of electroacupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of poststroke motor aphasia.Method:Patients admitted to the department of acupuncture and rehabilitation and the encephalopathy center of the affiliated hospital of nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine from October 2017 to December 2018 who met the inclusion criteria for motor aphasia after stroke were divided into the treatment group and the control group using a random number table method, with 22 patients in each group.Control group adopts the electric acupuncture, main point:GV 20,the speech area(affected side, connecting a XS-998B04 cupping apparatus with GV 20,dilatational wave),EX-HN 12,EX-HN 13,CV 23,HT 5,Latch needle is given every other day, scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture once a day,5 times a week,a total of 20 times,The total course of treatment is 4 weeks. The treatment group was treated with high-frequency rTMS on the basis of the control group. The stimulation frequency was 5Hz,30 sequences,50 pulses per sequence,15 seconds interval, and the stimulation intensity was 80%MT,ranging from 40%to 80%in general.Once a day for about 14 minutes,5 times a week for a total of 20 times, for a total of 4 weeks.Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC),Modified Barthel index(MBI)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score were compared before and 4 weeks after enrollment to determine the efficacy.Results:1.Comparison between two groups:After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared, the total effective rate of the control group was 63.63%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,the efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.2.Comparison of scoresThe simplified ABC score,MBI score and HAMD score of the two groups after treatment were significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01).The ABC score(except understanding score),MBI score and HAMD score of the treatment group were all better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of Broca region of left brain can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with motor aphasia after stroke, which is of clinical significance.Electroacupuncture combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation of Broca region of left brain can significantly improve the spontaneous conversation, retelling and naming ability of patients with post-stroke sports aphasia, help improve the quality of daily life of patients, and alleviate the depression of patients, the effect is significantly better than the simple electroacupuncture treatment.
