Clinical Research On Acupuncture In “Raucity Wu Quan” Points In Motor Aphasia After Cerebral Ischemic Stroke

Objective:The subject is to acupunt "Raucity Wu Quan" points treating motor aphasia after cerebral ischemic stroke and has comparison with traditional treatment. By marking with CRRCAE in the changes before and after treatment, the clinical effect of acupunting "raucity wu quan" can be observed. And also, it proves the advantages and clinical value and analysis the mechanism of rehabilitation.Methods:60 cases of motor aphasia after cerebral ischemic stroke are randomly divided into test group (Yong quan, Shang Lianquan, Zuo Panglianquan, You Panglianquan, Ju Quan) for 30 and control group (Ya Men, Lian quan, Tong li, Lao gong, San Yinjiao) for 30. Both groups are combined with language rehabilitation practices. The duration is 10 days for 1 course and 3 courses continually. CRRCAE is marked before and after treatment, and evaluation will be written with follow-up 30 days after the treatment.Results:1. Clinical effect:After 3 courses, the total effect of test group is 90.00%, and the control group is 73.34%. Both 2 groups have statistical significance which means that the efficacy of test group is superior to treatment group.2. The comparison of CRRCAE before and after treatment:Before treatment:Reading, speaking, retelling, calculating, auditory comprehension, and reciting sections have statistical significance, which have comparability. After treatment,4 aspects including auditory comprehension, speaking, reciting and calculating are superior to control group. And in reading and retelling of intra-group comparison, both 2 treatments have no significant differentiation.3. The comparison of score differences before and after treatment:It has the significant differentiation in speaking, auditory comprehension, reciting and total scores(P<0.05), while 3 aspects including reading, retelling and calculating show no statistical significance(P>0.05) in 2 groups. It has the meaning that the test group can clearly increase the scores in speaking, auditory comprehension and reciting.Conclusion:1. It has a good effect in treating motor aphasia after cerebral ischemic stroke with both "Raucity Wu Quan" points and Ya Men, Lian Quan, Tong Li, Lao Gong, San Yinjiao.2.Comparing with control group, it is superior in regulating the ability of auditory comprehension, speaking, reciting and calculating.
