analysis results, finding out the problems and deficiencies in the process of clinical medicine students, and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the teaching research and decision-making of functional departments. Methods:A total of 1847 five-year clinical medical students who graduated from a medical school in Guangxi from 2010 to 2014 and participated in the first national clinical practice doctor qualification examination from 2011 to 2015 were selected as the study subjects.Using the document method to understand the examination models, development status and pass rate of the physician qualification examination at home and abroad.Statistical analysis and description of collected data were carried out by means of statistical methods, such as composition ratio, mean value, standard deviation,T test,?~2 test Pearson correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and so on.Results:1.The overall situation of the examination:In the five years from 2011 to 2015,there were 1847 students of the college participating in the national licensing examination, including 359 candidates(19.44%)in 2011,371 candidates in 2012(20.09%),397 candidates(21.49%)in2013,406 candidates(21.98%)in 2014,314 candidates(17.00%)in 2015;840 male(45.5%),and 1007 female(54.5%).2.The comparison of students'examination results between the university and the National colleges:The scores of written test for clinical medical practitioner qualification examinations in the medical college from 2011 to 2015 were32.32?32.35?31.59?26.31?21.14 higher than the national average;the written test pass rate were 21.14%?20.10%?23.94%?15.35%?13.53%higher than the national average. The male students(P<0.05).4.The comparison of the scores between the passing group and the non-pass group:All test scores of the passing group were higher than that of the non-pass group(P<0.05).5.The scores of written examinations, scores of each module, and scores of subjects were positively related to the scores of school courses and the scores of graduation exams.6.Among the written test scores, the correlation between basic medical science and clinical medicine was the strongest(r=0.693).7.The gender of the candidates and the results of 9courses,including internal science, pediatrics, pharmacology, physiology, surgery, preventive medicine, medical immunology, pathology, obstetrics and Gynecology were the main factors affecting the written score(R~2=0.404);the gender of the candidates and the results of the 5 courses including science medical immunology, physiology, pharmacology, biochemistry, disease were the main factors that affecting the basic medical module(R~2=0.304);the students'graduation total score and the results of the 4 courses including internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatrics were the main factors that affecting the results of the clinical medicine module(R~2=0.311);the results of the 2 courses in medical psychology and health law at were the main factors that affecting the results of the medical humanities module(R~2=0.017);the gender of the candidates?the students'graduation total score and the results of preventive medicine course were the main factors affecting the performance of preventive Medicine module(R~2=0.173).Conclusion:This paper discusses the basic situation and related influencing factors of the examination results of examinees in a medical school, and draws the following conclusions:1.The examination results, passing rate and mastery of each knowledge point of the examinees are better, which can reflect the teaching quality of clinical medicine in this school is better.2.The examinees'examination results are positively correlated with the results of the examinations in the school, which can predict the medical students with excellent academic performance during the period of school are more likely to pass the examination of the national practicing physicians after graduation, and the examination performance is also better.3.The core courses with high class hours, high credit hours and high percentage of national examination scores during the school period will contribute more to the examination results.4.The better the student'result of the basic
