Objective To guarantee the effect of classroom teaching in the reform of organ system teaching mode and to improve the quality of personnel training in excellence doctor class,this paper analyzes and studies the implementation of integrated curriculum of medical colleges and universities at home and abroad;it also studies the teaching effect evaluation of the teaching model reform of “with organ system as the main line” in Chongqing Medical University.Methods Qualitative analysis method: through reviewing literature and expert consultation,learn to understand the implementation of domestic and foreign organ system teaching mode and reform results,sum up the schools? measures and characteristics in the organ system teaching reform.Quantitative analysis method: apply factor analysis,variance analysis,paired sample test and other methods to conduct data analysis of the results of student and expert questionnaire.With sex and grade as independent variables,test whether there is a significant difference concerning the satisfaction of learning.Results The qualitative analysis results: use the interview method to investigate the 12 teaching experts and some of the students in Excellence Medical Class(hereinafter referred to as the Excellence Class)of the integrated curriculum system.After discussing the achievements and problems in the teaching process,there is a preliminary evaluation of the teaching effect of the integrated curriculum of the school.The results show that the scores of the students in the Excellence Class in the model is similar to that of the ordinary class,but their comprehensive quality of the clinical thinking and practical operation ability has been improved remarkably and the reform pilot work has achieved a stage success.The results of the quantitative analysis: based on the five dimensions including the curriculum design,class teaching,teacher factor,teaching material factor and teaching guarantee and the 26 investigation contents under the dimension,it calculates with the five-level scale of Likert,compares the capacities,the basic medicine comprehension and graduation scores and analyzes that although the Excellence Class does not have differences with the common classes on the whole,yet there are different conclusions in some of the indexes.Conclusion Through the survey of 26 indicators in five dimensions in the questionnaire of the student and the comparison of the Likert five-level scale in the expert questionnaire,it provides the quantitative basis of the teaching practice evaluation,which has a certain reference value for the schools? "5 + 3" integrated cultivation work of the clinical medicine specialty,the integrated curriculum teaching and teaching quality evaluation of other medical institutions.
