Research On Construction Of Medical Licensing Simulated Examination Database And Relative Problems

With the development of medical education and the improvement of the quality of medical treatment all over the world, lots of countries laid down the rule of physician qualification in order to ensure the quality of medical treatment. The history of medical licensing examination has already been a hundred years in Europe and America, and the examination has been well developed. However, our country set up this examination in 1999. Compared with other countries, the medical licensing examination in our country has just started and has many shortcomings.In our country, the exam syllabus had been modified twice since medical licensing examination was practiced. By these reforms, medical licensing examination gradually became a comprehensive exam. With the number of examinees growing, this examination has become a highlight in the health field. However, because the knowledge acquired by the examinees was different and the examinees lacked directional test counseling, the pass ratio of the examination was low. Besides, with the development of social legal system construction and health system, the medical licensing examination will be more and more important.This research contained the design and realization of the medical licensing simulated examination database. Its purpose was to provide some information for users and effectively help them to review. This database also conducted users to autonomously proceed online test, helped users strengthen their knowledge and aimed to increase the pass ratio of the examination. First, this article did some research on the situation of medical licensing examination in our country, and in turn analyzed the features of this examination. It also introduced the current technology of the database, which established the theoretical foundation. Second, by analyzing and comparing with many soft wares and combining with the aim and object of this research, this article proposed the blueprint of medical licensing simulated examination database. At last, this simulated examination database was constructed according to the design.This database was based on Microsoft Windows 2000 Server and IE 6.0 and its web server was IIS. It used ASP +Access to program. The background of this system was supported by access database and its foreground was displayed by web page. Besides, this system selected SQL to enquiry datum in the database system. It also adopted B/S model to manage and operate. Additionally, the examination questions in this database were from library, internet and purchase. It mainly contained questions of every year's medical licensing examination and lots of simulated examination.In the end of this research, in order to prove the using effect of this system, we used questionnaire survey and statistical analysis to evaluate the effects of using this database. The results demonstrated that this database system ran well and most users were satisfied. So this simulated examination database was successful and this research was feasible.In a word, the medical licensing simulated examination database could provide materials and information to users and effectively help users to review. Now, the database has already been completed. The number of this examination questions is over ten thousand. And by trials, it shows that the simulated examinational database could reach the expectative aim.
