Introduction: The examination of medical practitioners is a nation-wide test according to medical and social requirement for doctors,the medical students and personnel engaged in medical and health work,which the doctors should reach the minimum basic requirements.The examination of medical practitioners as the entrance exam of the industry,is to evaluate whether the application of doctors' qualifications have the ability to work in the doctor's professional post,professional knowledge and skills,is a process of practicing doctors clinical thinking and practical working ability of comprehensive evaluation.To strengthen the team construction,improve the medical and health service quality and level,to ensure the safety of medical and health care,to prevent the doctor-patient contradiction,safeguard people's health and life safety is of great significance.As a bridge to connect medical education and medical practice,in accordance with the physician ability standard to select qualified medical personnel,feedback and guidance also play an important role in medical education aspect,medical and health personnel training is an important link in the whole process of it.Since the implementation of medical practitioners examination for the first time in 1999 in our country,it has been 18 years,with the development of the society and the change of the times,and the corresponding problems,such as test method is single,skill examination quality is not high,the grass-roots examinee passing rate is low,the exam security risk is huge,the phenomenon of medical education and clinical practice has significant limitations for clinical services,etc.Society needs the doctors with both the clinical ability,and doctors of humanities concern spirit.For more objective and purpose of medical education,more in line with the law of medical personnel training,and international higher education also attaches great importance to the market and social demand increasingly,consistent reform trend of training applied talents,the national medical examination center to make a research to explore the phased examination for the qualifications of doctors.This study from the perspective of objective practice evaluation results reflect the real situation of the examination of medical practitioners,the first stage of China Medical University theory test data analysis,three years to understand the trend of reform of examination of doctors' qualifications,and through the performance feedback,discussion on the reform of medical education,medical education,physicians standardized training provided a reference for further deepening.Subjects and Methods:Subjects: China Medical University 2011 level of 465 students,2012 level of 477 students,2013 level of 461 students,professional for five-year clinical medicine,medical practitioners examination in the first stage of the examinee in stages.Methods: Collection of China Medical University from 2015 to 2017 in total grade clinical practicing doctors' qualifications examination theory in stages,basic medicine,clinical medicine,medical humanities and preventive medicine four parts and contains the secondary discipline result data,the data sorting,and comparison of the differences between this three years exam content analysis,and possible influence factors of the examination results.Collecting candidates during the period of school graduation exam comprehensive theory achievement of basic medicine,clinical medicine,medical humanities and preventive medicine grade point average each course,analysis of whether the relevance and influence factors.Results: 1.This paper makes a comparative analysis and summarization of the domestic and foreign doctor qualification examination,and compares the examination content and the form of examination before and after the reform of Chinese doctor qualification.2.Through 2015-2017 in stages theory exam,the test taking numbers were similar,from the point of the control rate of each part,pass rate at about 96.84%,performance is better than that of 2015 and 2017,2016,the reason may be related to test questions difficulty coefficient.3.The grades of each part of the test through 2015--2017.The achievement difference of the three parts of basic synthesis,humanities synthesis and prevention synthesis is of statistical significance.Through 2015-2017 stages,each part test of clinical comprehensive performance difference is not big,2017,in the case of difficulty coefficient increase with rising steadily.Reason may be that the examination content is given priority to with clinical and basic content,basic knowledge,clinical and is superior to the basic part,may be related to teachers' teaching ability,there are likely to be recent knowledge memory effect factors,students are receiving education of clinical medical knowledge.4.examination of medical practitioners and graduation examination results in our school.Through the analysis on test scores in nearly three years,it found that the state examination of basic and clinical and related subjects in our school with good correlation,showing our school graduation simulation test has good prediction effect.Comprehensive prevention and hygiene performance in our school is not high,the correlation is likely to be students of preventive medicine related content value degree is not high.humanities examined content flexibility is not well.Conclusion: 1.This study found that from 2015 to 2017,there was no significant difference in the number of people taking the examination in stages,with the highest score of 94,the lowest score of 40,and the passing rate fluctuating around 96.84%;In 2015-2017,to the examinee examination by stages and grades correlation analysis,the correlation is stronger,the school's teaching goal and teaching basic conform to the requirements of the national examination center,better predictive,some still need to strengthen the weak subjects.2.Reformed phases theory exam close to European and American developed country doctor's license examination,medical education and clinical training and qualification exam together effectively,more objective and reasonable.3.This study proves that the design,content,form and effect of the medical qualification examination are better than the traditional medical qualification examination.4.This study suggests that the school needs both accords with the trend of the exam,targeted education teaching reform,innovating teaching methods,improve the ability of students knowledge,consolidate the theoretical knowledge learning,increase the medical humanities quality education,the basic and clinical cohesion more reasonable.
