| Objective:By observing the milli-Fire needle combined with electro-acupuncture treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation of the clinical efficacy, further verify the milli-Fire needle for acute lumbar disc herniation in patients with curative effect. To clinical research in the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation to find the most reliable method and significantly improve the symptoms, without side effects and fast to reduce pain and improve quality of life in patients with obvious curative effect.Method:In this experiment, the use of randomized controlled trial methods, will meet the inclusion criteria,60 patients of lumbar disc herniation and with randomly assigned to two groups is the Treatment group and the Control group. Treatment group of 30 patients were treated with routine acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture combined with milli-Fire needle method to be on the basis of routine acupuncture focuses on the use of acupuncture points and Ashixue milli-Fire needle therapy, every the next day, three times a week, for three weeks as a course of treatment. The control group of 30 patients with acupuncture and Electro-acupuncture combined with routine Fire-needle treatment method, the same course of treatment with the treatment group. Two groups of patients before treatment and at the end of the treatment, after the application of visual analogue scale (VAS), and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in patients with the symptom score table (JOA) questionnaire score and evaluate the effect of two kinds of methods.Result:1. Two groups of patients with age, the type of syndrome, gender, disease duration, comparison, and the two groups before treatment VAS and JOA score were compared, by statistical analysis of no significant difference (P> 0.05), which indicated that the treatment of two groups are comparable. TCM Syndromes of blood stasis or cold dampness syndrome more common type.2. After treatment, according to the t-Test and Ridit test point out that in the treatment group,5 cases were cured,16 cases markedly effective,7 cases were effective,2 case ineffective, rate of 93.33%; Control group, clinical cure in 3 cases,13 cases were markedly effective, effective in 11 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, effective rate was 90.00%, P= 0.049, P< 0.05, with statistical significance, the treatment group curative effect is obviously superior to the control group.3. The two groups of patients by comparing the VAS score and JOA score before treatment, P> 0.05, no significant difference, this cue groups had comparability. After treatment, the VAS scores in the two groups, the JOA score (including symptoms, signs and activities of daily living (ADL) integral) were compared with those before treatment is improved significantly, P< 0.05, there are significant differences, suggesting that patients with pain relief, symptoms, signs and activities of daily living (ADL) improved significantly. After treatment, the VAS score, JOA score compared has a greater improvement in the treatment group, P= 0.0013,0.002, P value lower than 0.05, after treatment in the two groups, the curative effect is significant difference in the control group and treatment group. Illustrate the clinical curative effect of treatment group (routine Electroacupuncture plus without fire acupuncture) and control group (acupuncture plus routine fire acupuncture) treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation can obtain certain curative effect, while the treatment group compared with the control group increased more significantly (P< 0.05).Conclusion:After a course of treatment, agglomeration of thorns by milli-Fire needle, moxibustion, warm meridian points and Ashixue acupoints in treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation and it is clinical efficacy is superior to that of routine Fire-needle therapy. This method is simple, fast, economic, effective, an acupuncture treatment without side effects. But also has the advantage of short treatment course, high cure rate, as clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation is one of the effective methods to comprehensively improve the patients with back-leg pain symptoms and signs, to alleviate the suffering of patients. |
