Objective:Using embedded wire interference induced allergic asthma in rats,through the breath frequency of rats,eosinophil infiltration(alveolar lavage fluid),lung tissue nf-kappa B and Ik B alpha data statistical analysis,to study the mechanism of action of burying line treatment of asthma.Methods: 60 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,respectively is blank control group,saline control group,model control way,false embedded wire treatment group,embedded wire in treatment group,respectively,marked A,B,C,D,E.C,D,E,three groups of rats induced allergic asthma,embedded wire early intervention group E 1,group D to advance into the needle don't bury A line,two groups within 7 days after the intervention measurements,analysis and comparison of five groups of rats alveolar lavage counting EOS,the nf-kappa B lung tissue and Ik B alpha changes.A,B,C three groups of fetching intervention,not only do the same with the other.Results:(1)The respiratory frequency of each group: group B compared with group A,p > 0.05,no difference;Group C compared with group A,p < 0.05,there was statistical difference;C,D between the two groups,p < 0.05,there was significant difference.Group E compared with group c,p < 0.05,there was statistical difference;Group E compared with group D,p < 0.05,there was statistical difference;(2)The count of EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in each group was compared: groupB and group A,p > 0.05,no difference;Between group C and A,p < 0.05,there was significant difference;Compared Group D,E with C,p < 0.05,there were both statistical difference;Group E compared with group D,p < 0.05,there was statistical difference;(3)The experimental group the nf-kappa B: group B compared with group A,P > 0.05,no statistical difference;Group C and A,B,D,E four groups,P < 0.05,statistically difference;E group compared with D group,P < 0.05,statistically significant;(4)The experimental IKB alpha comparison: group B compared with group A,P > 0.05,no statistical difference;Group C compared with A,B two groups,P < 0.05,statistically significant;Group D and group E compared with C group,P < 0.05,statistically significant;E group compared with D group,P < 0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)Embedded wire therapy could reduce the EOS infiltration,reduce its accumulation in the airway and reduce inflammation,to achieve the purpose of the treatment of asthma t;(2)Possible catgut embedding therapy through inhibiting activation of NF-k B,and the I k B ?,NF-k B feedback regulation,reduce into nucleus and regulate the transcription of genes that inhibit asthma chronic airway inflammation,so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of asthma;(3)Embedding intervention have a preventive effect on allergic asthma,and 1 times 1 times better than the embedding intervention effects of acupuncture.
