| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinic effect of the kinesio taping combined with physiotherapy treatment in the treatment of shoulder impingement syndrome.And in order to prove a more effective and simple method for shoulder impingement syndrome in clinic.Methods:Select 60 SIS patients conform to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group has 30 SIS patients.The control group was treated with physiotherapy,and the treatment group was added with kinesio taping on the basis of the control group.Both two groups were treated one time a day and five times per week.The total treatment is two weeks.The visual analogue scale and UCLA scoring system were performed before and after treatment in two groups,in order to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment.Results:1.Visual analogue scale(VAS):There was no significant difference with shoulder pain between the two groups before thetreatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups of VAS have significant difference in the same group before and after treatment(P<0.05).And there also has a significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P<0.05).2.UCLA scoring system:There was no significant difference with shoulder motor function between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).Two groups of SIS patients after treatment of shoulder motor function compared with those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the improvement of shoulder motor function and effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The methods of the two groups both can reduce shoulder pain symptom and improve the motor function of shoulder in patients with shoulder impingement syndrome.2.The kinesio taping combined with physiotherapy treatment is better than pure physiotherapy. |
