Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Treatment With Flavored Peony And Licorice Decoction On Shoulder Joints Impingement Syndrome

Objective:According to randomized controlled trials,this paper intends to complete assessment of clinical curative effect on treatment with flavored peony and licorice decoction granular preparation on Yin deficiency disease of shoulder joints impingement syndrome ? period.Methods:Including the patients who are in the period of ? distributed by shoulder joints impingement syndrome Neer and have Yin deficiency disease under traditional Chinese medicine dialectical circumstances,all participants are divided into two groups: the group,which accept treatment,take flavoured peony and licorice impingement granule for oral administration,while the control group take Celecoxib,triamcinolone acetonide added in partially closed lidocaine.This experiment takes efforts to observe the ameliorative results of patients' symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine with flavoured peony and licorice decoction and the effects on scoring system of HSS shoulder joints.Results:Before the treatment,patients from two groups are compared from perspectives on sex,age,pathological changes of body parts,scoring system of HSS shoulder joints.The discrepancy shows no statisticalsignificance(P>0.05).After the treatment,patients from two groups are compared from the perspective on scoring system of HSS shoulder joints.The discrepancy shows statistical significance(P<0.01)and proves that two methods of treatment can both apparently improve clinical curative effect on the symptoms,signs and daily active abilities of lumbar disc herniation.While comparing scores of HSS after the treatment,the HSS shoulder score of the treatment group was 7 days after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.01),andthere was no difference in shoulder score between HSS and tenth days and 175 th days after treatment(P>0.05).The whole effective rate of the group which takes treatment is 96.6%,and the whole effective rate of the control group is 96.7%.Conclusion:It can improve the degree of shoulder's pain,clinical signs,daily working abilities and active abilities of shoulder joints of patients with shoulder joints impingement syndrome ? period and Yin deficiency disease that using flavoured peony and licorice impingement granule,Celecoxib,triamcinolone acetonide added in partially closed lidocaine.
