Apply The Theory Of Tiangui To Treating Kidney Qi Deficiency Hypomenorrhea Result From Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective:The clinical research which treating kidney qi deficiency hypomenorrhea result from diminished ovarian reserve with Tianguitang and climen are based on the theory of Tiangui are used to explain the diminished ovarian re serve.Evaluating the clinical efficacy of Tianguitang.To probe a more scientific therapy to treating hypomenorrhea result from diminished ovarian reserve.Methods:68 patients who conformed to the specific standard were randomly divided into 34 cases belonging to treatment group which was treated with Tianguitang and 34 cases belonging to control group which was cured with climen.Two group of treatment time was 3 menstrual cycles.At the end of the treatmen,we analysis the changes of menstrual volume,TCM syndrome integral,basic sexual hormone in before-after treatment and compare two groups of clinical curative effect.We followed up patients whose menstrual volume was normal for 3 months and count menstrual volume at the time of the third mounth after treatmen in order to compare the long-term clinical curative effect.Result:1.The clinical curative effect of the disease:The treatment group's effective rate was 8 8.78%and another group was 78.13%.They have no statistical significance(P>0.05)said the two groups of clinical curative effect were similar.2.The score of PB AC:Each group have obvious statistical significance in before-after treatment(P<0.01)which can improve menstrual volume.But we compared the two groups of curative effect after treatment were similar(P>0.05).3.The basic sexual hormone:Each group have obvious statistical significance in before-after treatment(P<0.01)which can reduced the levels of FSH,FSH/LH,E2.But we compared the two groups of curative effect after treatment were similar(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome integral:Each group have obvious statistical significance in before-after treatment(P<0.01)which can improve the symptom of the patients.Treatment group was obviously better than control group(P<0.01).5.The recurrence rate of the disease:The recurrence rates of two groups have statistical significance.Treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianguitang to treating kidney qi deficiency hypomenorrhea which result from diminished ovarian reserve was effective.Tiangui tang increased menstrual volume,reduced the levels of FSH,FSH/LH,E2,improve the symptom of the patients and It's long-term effect was better.Always,it is a good treatment option.
