Clinical Observation On Acupoint Catgut Embedding For Diminished Ovarian Reserve Of Kidney Deficiency Type

ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy of acupoint catgut embedding and oral estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency.to seek a better treatment of diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type.Methods60 patients with diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Observation group: Shenshu(both sides),uterus(both sides),Guanyuan,Zusanli(both sides),Sanyinjiao(both sides)embedding therapy.Catgut embedding is performed once every 15 days,and 2 times are one course of treatment,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.Control group: Starting from the 5th day of menstruation,estradiol valerate tablets are taken orally 1mg/ time,once a day,every night for 21 days;Starting from the 16 th day of menstruation,oral progesterone capsules,0.1g/ time,twice a day,are taken continuously for 10 days,and both drugs are stopped at the same time.A total of 21 days of medication is a course of treatment,and the next course of treatment starts on the 5th day of menstrual cramps,with a total of 3 courses of treatment.The TCM symptom scores before and after treatment and the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)on the 3rd day of menstrual period before and after 3 courses of treatment were recorded.SPSS22.0 was used to analyze all the data.Results1.TCM symptom score: After treatment,the total score and single score of TCM symptoms in the two groups were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);In the aspect of single integral of TCM symptoms,the integral of soreness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,insomnia and dreaminess in the observation group is significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in improving menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual color,mental fatigue and hyposexuality(P>0.05).2.Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH): After treatment,FSH in both groups was lower than before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the decrease of FSH in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Luteinizing hormone(LH): After treatment,LH in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in LH between the two groups(P>0.05).4.Estradiol(E2): After treatment,E2 levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in E2 between the two groups(P>0.05).5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the observation group was86.21%,and that of the control group was 79.31%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions1.Acupoint catgut embedding,oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules can improve the symptoms of patients with diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type.However,acupoint catgut embedding is superior to oral western medicine in improving some symptoms(soreness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,insomnia and dreaminess).2.Acupoint catgut embedding,oral administration of estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules can reduce FSH,LH and increase E2 in patients with diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type,but acupoint catgut embedding is better than oral administration of western medicine in reducing FSH.3.The clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on diminished ovarian reserve of kidney deficiency type is better than oral estradiol valerate tablets and progesterone capsules.
