The Effect Of Tonifying Liver-kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation Therapy For Aged Patients With Dimini Shed Ovarian Reserve In IVF

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of tonifying liver-Kidney and promoting blood circulation therapy on the elderly patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)in IVF.To investigate the development of the traditional Chinese medicine Theory of regulating menstruation and seeding,which will be of guiding significance to assisted reproductive technology(ART).Then to open up a new avenue for the treatment of suboptimal ovarian response in ART.MethodsNinety seven elderly women with liver and kidney deficiency type diminished ovarian reserve in the assisted reproduction center of Second People's Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 1,2017 to December 31,2017 were randomly enrolled into two groups,the Chinese medicinal herbs group(n=47)and the control group(n=50).Patients in the control group received the conventional therapy-IVF,and the patients in another group also received the Chinese medicinal herbs.The patients in the Chinese medicinal herbs group received tonifying liver-Kidney and promoting blood circulation recipe from two menstrual cycles before the conventional therapy until the day when the human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)was injected.Kidney Liver Depression observed in elderly DOR patients symptom scores change;the duration of gonadotropin(Gn),the total dose of Gn,estradiol(E2),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)level of HCG day in serum were compared between two groups.Collect the total number of oocyte retrieved,the number of Mil oocyte,2PN,embryo and top quality embryo,the ratio of Mil oocyte,fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate and top quality embryo rate were also compared as the laboratory index.Results1.After treatment,liver and kidney deficiency symptoms improved;integral difference of the treatment group before and after treatment of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome was significant(P<0.05),and the integral difference in control group is not significant(P>0.05).2.HCG day treatment group E2 was significantly higher,the difference was significant(P<0.05),LH and P was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The duration of Gn and the total dose of Gn in experimental was fewer than in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).4.The number of oocyte obtained,Mil oocyte,fertilization,normal fertilization and excellent embryo of treatment group is were all significantly higher than control group.The number of embryo was not different between two groups.5.The excellent embryo rate in treatment group was higher than in control group,which was significantly different(P<0.05).The rate of Mil oocyte,fertilization and normal fertilization in two groups had no significant difference.Conclusion1.In IVF-ET treatment cycle,the application of Zishen Yanggan Huoxue medicine can significantly improve the liver and kidney deficiency in patients with liver and kidney deficiency symptoms.2.Compared with the control group with the conventional IVF therapy,the application of tonifying liver-Kidney and promoting blood circulation therapy of TCM in ART could make a synergistic effect,reducing the dose of gonadotropin,increasing the number of oocyte obtained,Mil oocyte,fertilization,normal fertilization and excellent embryo.Finally to improve the quality of oocyte in the elderly DOR patients undergoing IVF,and increase the rate of embryo.
