Clinical Study On Treatment Of Infertility With Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve Treated By Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenshenguchongtang combined with clomiphene citrate(CC)in Kidney-Yang Deficiency Type patients with diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).The evaluation of ovarian reserve function,the improvement of TCM symptoms and clinical pregnancy rate as the index,among which the evaluation index of ovarian reserve function was selected based on the combination of basic FSH,basic LH,AMH and AFC.Methods:Divided into experimental group(E group)and control group(C group)using a random number table method,43 patients were defined as experimental group and used Wenshenguchongtang combined CC,while control group were 47 patients treated by CC only.The E group and the C group were from the luteal phase of the last cycle started oral Femoston yellow pill pretreatment The ovarian reserve function,Chinese medicine symptoms and clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group were compared with the control group,pregnancy patients withdrawal the drugs and luteal support.Results:1.Two groups have significant improvements of ovarian reserve and E group was more significant.In E group,basic FSH(17.32±5.25 VS11.70±2.65)and basic LH(12.89±2.94 VS 9.75±1.60)were significantly declined,P<0.05,what’s more,AMH(0.67±0.19 VS 1.11 ±0.40)and AFC(5.21 ±2.03 VS 8.67± 1.74)were significantly improved,P<0.05.Besides.the same trend was fined in C group,basic FSH(18.41 ±5.23 VS 13.41±3.13)and basic LH(13.68±2.99 VS 11.11±1.97)were significantly declined,P<0.05.what’s more,AMH(0.69±0.22 VS 0.90±0.34)and AFC(5.38±2.17 VS 7.57± 1.50)were significantly improved,P<0.05.Besides that,after treatment,the experimental group compared with the control group.FSH(11.70+2.65,VS 13.41+3.13)and LH(9.75+1.60,VS 11.11+1.97)level decreased significantly,P<0.05.2.Chines medicine symptoms made obvious change in E group,7 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,11 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the success rate of treatment was 89.3%.at the same time C group have 5 cases cured,11 cases markedly effective,14 cases effective,10cases ineffective,the success rate of treatment was 75%.The two groups compared,P=0.001<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.3.The clinical pregnancy rate in E group was higher than C group.During the treatment,15 patients were successfully pregnant in E group,the pregnancy rate was 34.9%,while 7 patients were successfully pregnant in C group,the pregnancy rate was 14.9%,when compared,P=0.048<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Wenshenguchongtang combined with CC ovulation treatment of kidney-yang deficiency DOR infertility patients could achieve better efficacy such as:improve ovarian reserve function and TCM syndrome,improve clinical pregnancy rate.
