Clinical Research Of Combined Modified Yulinzhu With Abdominal Acupuncture On Treating Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Yulinzhu combining with abdominal acupuncture on the hormone levels of FSH,LH,E2,AMH and AFC(antral follicle count)on treating diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this therapy.Aiming to provide a new method and theoretical basis for the treatment of DOR.Methods:This study selected 90 patients who was diagnosed with DOR of kidney deficiency type,all of them came from gynecology clinic of Guilin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Ninety patients were randomly divided into three groups:acupuncture-medicine group,traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.The acupuncture-medicine group was treated with modified Yulinzhu and abdominal acupuncture.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Yulinzhu only.The western medicine group was given artificial cycle treatment.Three groups were treated continuously for three menstrual cycles to observe the changes of serum hormone(FSH,LH,E2 and AMH),AFC of bilateral ovarian and menstrual situation after treatment.Results:(1)After treatment,the FSH of the acupuncture medicine group was lower than that in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).The FSH in the Chinese medicine group was lower than the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).(2)After treatment,the LH of the acupuncture medicine has no statistically difference with the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(p>0.05).The LH of the Chinese medicine has no statistically difference with the western medicine group(p>0.05).(3)After treatment,the E2 of the acupuncture-medicine has no statistically difference with the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(p>0.05).The E2 of the Chinese medicine has no statistically difference with the western medicine group(p>0.05).(4)After treatment,the FSH/LH in the acupuncture-medicine group was lower than the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).The Chinese medicine group had lower FSH/LH than the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically(p<0.05).(5)After treatment,the AMH level in the acupuncture-medicine group was higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).The AMH level of the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group has no statistically difference(p>0.05).(6)After treatment,the AFC of the acupuncture-medicine group was more than that in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).The AFC of the Chinese medicine group was more than the western medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).(7)The menstrual score of the acupuncture-medicine group was lower than the Chinese medicine-group and the western-medicine group,the difference was statistically(p<0.05).The Chinese-medicine group was lower than the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically(p<0.05).(8)The total effective rate of the acupuncture-medicine group,Chinese medicine group and was the western medicine group are respectively 89.7%,80.0%and 71.4%.After statistical analysis,the difference between the three groups was statistically(p<0.05).The acupuncture-medicine group had the best treatment effect,followed by the Chinese medicine group,and the western medicine group had the worst.Conclusion:The combination of modified Yulinzhu and abdominal acupuncture can effectively improve the level of hormone,antral follicle counts and menstrual situation of DOR patients.This therapy has advantages of reliable clinical efficacy,highly safety and has no serious adverse reactions.In summary,it is a treatment with excellent effectiveness.
