| Purpose:Objective to observe the clinical effect of zishenyangjing maintenance in patients with renal deficiency syndrome(DOR)after laparoscopic bilateral ovarian benign tumor removal.,discusses the clinical observation effects of zishenyangjing treating the DOR with deficiency of the kidney,and provide the treatment ideas in clinical treatment the DOR after ovarian operation.Methods:Select 60 DOR with deficiency of the kidney patients who are conform to the inclusion criteria.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each,treatment group taking chinese medicine zishenyangjing Decoction,control group taking progynova and progesterone capsules,3months for a cause of treatment.the change of two groups of patients before and after treatment of the traditional chinese medicine syndrome、FSH、FSH/LH、AMH、AFC and ovarian volume were observed and compared.Comparison of the efficacy of the difference between the two groups,preliminary study on improving mechanism of DOR method of nourishin g kidney essence.Results:(1)The clinical total efficiency in the treatment group was 83.3%;control group was 80.0%;The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 76.67%,control group was 73.33%;There was no significant difference in the difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The TCM syndrome after treatment:there was significant difference between the two group and the treatment group before and after the compared of TCM syndrome(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the control group the compared of TCM syndrome of soreness and weakness of waist and knees、dizziness and tinnitus(P<0.05);There is a significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after the improvement of the others TCM syndrome(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison between groups had significant difference in changed of the TCM syndrome of soreness and weakness of waist and knees、dizziness and tinnitus、chilly sensation and the cold limbs(P<0.05).the comparison between groups had significant difference in changed of the TCM syndrome of delayed menorrhea(P<0.05).the comparison between groups was no significant difference in changed of the TCM syndrome of hypomenorrhea、fatigued spirit and lack of strength、tidal fever and night sweating、loss of control、hypaphrodisia.(3)AMH:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).FSH、FSH/LH:There was significant difference between the two groups before and after the compared of FSH and FSH/LH(P<0.05);after treatment,the comparison between groups was significant difference in changed of FSH and FSH/LH(P<0.05).And the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)AFC:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after the compared of AFC,After 1-2 months of treatment(P>0.05);after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05);After 1-3 months of treatment,the comparison between groups was no significant difference in changed of AFC(P>0.05).The two groups have the equivalent effect.Ovarian Volume:There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment and after treatment(P>0.05)The two groups have the equivalent effect.Conclusion:The celioscope operation bilateral ovarian benign tumor after enucleation of kidney deficiency of DOR patients by Zishenyangjing method,which can effectively improve TCM syndrome,and reduce the ratio of FSH and FSH/LH.Increased number of sinus follicles,Improvement of ovarian reserve function.It is safe and effective in improving the period of delayed menorrhea,less amount of menstruation,and accompanying symptoms.Used Zishenyangjing Decoction,there is a hormone like effect on the improvement and recovery of ovarian function,with less toxic and side effects.Therefore,The method of nourish yin and essence was an effective method in treatment DOR. |
