This study examined the effect of organizational climate on employee engagement at Seboche Mission Hospital.It further examined the moderating effect of service orientation on the relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement.A quantitative approach was used to analyze the data.The findings of the study were based on self-administered questionnaires that were collected from 58 employees of Seboche Hospital.The results of standard multiple regression analysis proved that organizational climate predicts employee engagement at Seboche Hospital.The standard multiple regression analysis further proved that service orientation moderates the relationship between organizational climate and employee engagement.The implications on management are discussed in this paper. |
