Objective To Evaluate The Effect Of Gravity Pulling Technique On The Effect Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

Objective:Objective to evaluate the effect of Gravity pulling technique and traditional lumbar oblique pulling method on the effect of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,The treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion was compared with the traditional lumbar oblique pulling method under the Gravity pulling manipulation.Methods:All from 2016 03 to December 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine Department of orthopedics outpatient and ward patients of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients in 60 cases,according to visiting time were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and 30 cases in the control group,the treatment group using gravity pulling manipulation,the control group using the traditional lumbar oblique pulling method.Two groups of patients one week for a course of treatment,the two groups of manipulations two times a week,a total of four courses of treatment.And the drugs can only be used during the period of treatment:Tongshu tablets and Tongluo tongNing.Objective to evaluate the JOA lower back pain assessment scale formulated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Society in 1984 and Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS).The data results were analyzed by SPSS 23 software.Conclusion:There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups.After two courses of treatment,two patients had good results by rank sum test,in comparison of the clinical curative effect of the total P<0.05,with statistical significance,shows that the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group.The overall clinical efficacy of gravity pulling method is higher than that of the control group treatment,can significantly reduce or eliminate pain in patients with symptoms of radiation numbness waist and lower limb,improve patients'quality of life.After the clinical treatment of 60 cases of patients,before treatment two cases of JOA and VAS scores were not statistically significant,P>0.05,after the end of treatment,and the scores of two groups of patients before treatment is significantly increased,indicating that two groups of treatment methods have good curative effect,P<0.01.After treatment,the JOA score of the two groups was higher than that of the control group.In the JOA to improve the rate of the comparison,the treatment group 71%and control group 62%had significant difference,P<0.01,was statistically significant.There was outstanding difference between the two groups,treatment group was better than control group.The traditional lumbar oblique pulling method and gravity pulling technique is the treatment method can make LIDP patients willing to try,but also have good results.But the gravity pulling technique can make the patients with symptoms improved significantly,improve the overall curative effect,alleviate symptoms,especially to improve the scores of JOA,better than the traditional lumbar oblique pulling method,can greatly enhance the recovery rate of patients,is worthy of clinical application of.
