Clinical Study Of Lumbar Disc Herniation Acute Ankle Injury With Oblique-pulling And Balance Acupuncture

Objective:Oblique-pulling with balance acupuncture treating lumbar disc herniation was explored and summarized, which consequently provided the clinical basis of scientific and standardized manipulations for the treatment of ankle injury.Methods:In this study, a randomized controlled using a simple approach to patients with lumbar disc herniation patients for the study, application of lumbar oblique balanced combination of acupuncture treatment, visual observation after treatment pain VAS scores feet and waist JOA score sheet for evaluation. Using simple random balance acupuncture control assessment, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment with balanced evaluation of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar oblique pull a course of law, summary.Results:1. After statistical analysis, the two groups of patients in the pre-treatment baseline parameters are not statistically significant.2. There were30cases in the Oblique-pulling and balance acupuncture group. After the treatments,14were cured,11were obviously effective,5were effective,0was ineffective, with the total effective rate as100%. In the balance acupuncture group, after the treatments,7were cured,14were apparently effective,9were effective,0was ineffective, with the total effective rate as100%. With the statistical management, after the treatments, there was no significant difference of the general cured rates between the two groups.3. The cure rate of patients in the two groups, the cure rate of the treatment group was46.7%, of the control group was23.3%, statistical comparisons P <0.05. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups. The erricacy of the treatment group is better than the control one.Conclusion:1. Both the study group and the control group have the remarkable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of acute ankle injury.2. Compared with the balance acupuncture, Oblique-pulling with balance acupuncture was more effective and simple in the treatments of lumbar disc herniation, which is worthy of being further popularized in clinic.
