Objective:Discussion the clinical efficacy, which lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation and with plucked manual therapy treat the third lumbar transverse process syndromeMethods:In this study, a randomized controlled using a simple approach to the third lumbar transverse process syndrome patients for the study, the application technique of lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation with conventional manual therapy, clinical efficacy and related parameters before and after treatment. Optional Pain VAS score and Pain composite score, using simple random "conventional method" control evaluations, four lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation with conventional manual therapy clinical efficacy of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome, and summary.Results:1. After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups of patients in the pre-treatment baseline parameters is not statistically significant, and the two groups were comparable.2. After four treatments, the overall efficiency of the two groups were100%, respectively, in the overall efficiency they are no objection.3. From the cure rate perspective, the treatment group,16patients recovered53.3%in the control group,8patients were cured (26.7%), statistical comparisons between the two groups is P<0.05, statistically significant differences between the treatment group was significantly superior in the control group.4. From the analysis and comparison of various parameters:the pain, tenderness and cord flu treatment group was significantly due to the control group; In everyday life was no significant di fference between the two groups; Both groups were well improve the patient’s daily.In the lower extremity arthralgia and walking ability method differences between the two groups are very close to the P, the extent of the disease can be identified to improve the consistency between the two groups.Conclusion:1. Both the study group and the control group have the remarkable therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process.2. the lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation to improve the terms of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome symptoms in patients with good results.
