Research On Clinical Treatment Of Lumber Intervertebral Disc Protrusion By Sun Oblique-pulling Manipulation Method And The Relativity Between Efficacy And Imageology

Objective:The clinical efficacy of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion (LIDP) with Sun Oblique-pulling Manipulation Method was checked through strict research of clinical observation, efficacy and imageology changes was researched, and the relativity between efficacy and imageology changes was also discussed. works in this paper can provide theoretical foundation for the evaluation of the efficacy of LIDP.Method:the 100 patients that are qualified for the standard are randomly divided by computer with random numbers,50 cases in treatment group, applying Sun Oblique-pulling every other day,20 minutes each time.50 cases in control group, applying pelvic traction in resupination, with interval traction,40 seconds each time,10 seconds of intermission between each traction,20 minutes each time,1 time each day. And both of them take 3 weeks to be one course.Results:the clinical observation indicate:the total effective rate of treatment group is 96%, while the total effective rate of control group is 84%, the efficacy of treatment group is excelled to control group, indicating Sun oblique-pulling manipulation is excelled to traction on improving the clinical symptoms. Through the analysis of the relativities between the CTfigure under three-dimensional spiral CT and efficacy, P>0.05, has no obvious statistical significance; the analysis of the relativity between changes of lumbar intervertebral height and efficacy, P<0.05, has obvious statistical significance, indicating there is no obvious relativity between the clinical efficacy of LIDP and CT figure of the imageology, while the efficacy of LIDP is of positive correlation with the changes of lumbar intervertebral height.Conclusion:the clinical research indicates:1. The efficacy of Sun oblique-pulling manipulation on the improvement of the symptoms of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is excelled to traction; 2. The standard movement and mechanism of the Improved oblique-pulling manipulation on treating Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is now clarified; 3. There is no obvious relativity between the clinical efficacies of both oblique-pulling manipulation, traction on treating LIDP and the changes of CT figure of the imageology, while is of positive correlation with the changes of lumbar intervertebral height. Thus the changes oflumbar intervertebral height on imageology can be stated as one of the theoretical foundations on the evaluation of the clinical efficacy of LIDP.
