| Objection:To observe therapeutic effect of the remission period of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated by acupuncture combined with oblique pulling method and simple acupuncture.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria,60 patients of the remission period of Lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given ordinary acupuncture treatment,1 times a day, each time for 30 minutes. On the basis of control group, the treatment group adopted oblique pulling method? once every five days.2 sets all take 10 days as one treatment periods, and After 3 courses of treatment result statistics. Before and after the treatment, recorded each patient pain rating index, straight leg raising test, waist bending, legs paralysis symptoms, walking gait of symptoms. Based on the collection of data, and using SPSS 18.0 statistical analysis software for data processing. According to the result analysis, compared two groups of clinical curative effect. According to the result analysis, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:Observations show that two methods of treatment all can improve symptoms for the patients:Treatment group healed 9 cases,11 cases,8 cases were effective and invalid 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93%; Control group healed 3 cases,8 cases,11 cases were effective and invalid 8 cases, the total effective rate was 73%. Compared with control group, the total effective rate and cure rate of treatment group had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture combined with oblique pulling method is superior to the treatment by simple acupuncture. |
