Clinical Study Of Abdominal Acupuncture Combined With Bobath Therapy In The Treatment Of Spastic Paralysis Of The Upper Limb After Stroke

Objective: The effects of abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy and simple Bobath therapy on the upper limb spasticity,activities of daily living and mobility of upper limbs in stroke patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were compared.Try to explore a clinical curative effect is better,more practical,more stroke price cheaper after the upper limb spastic paralysis optimization rehabilitation program,to further improve the overall clinical curative effect,reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of patients with dysfunction.Methods: This study adopts randomized controlled clinical research methods,Guangxi University of TCM affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Neurology inpatient rehabilitation ward from 60 stroke patients who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy,and the control group was treated with simple Bobath therapy.Two groups of patients were treated 1 times a day(except Sunday),and the 4 week was the 1 course of treatment.Two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks after treatment,respectively,spasticity improvement:improved Ashworth grading method(MAS);second,activities of daily living: improved Barthel index assessment(MBI);third,upper limb motor function: simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA).To observe the improvement of the degree of upper limb spasticity,daily living ability and the flexibility of upper limb movement,and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the two groups.Results:(1)Baseline comparison: there was no significant difference in the two groups of patients were compared with age,gender,disease duration,type of stroke and treatment before the MAS rating,FMA score and MBI score on the(P>0.05);(2)The curative effect is:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in patients with MAS score the treatment group of 9 people,12 effective,7 effective,4 ineffective,human progress,the total efficiency of 86.67%;control group of 5 people and 8 people,respectively,6 people 11 people progress,invalid,the total efficiency of 63.33%.By the chi square test,χ2=4.356,p=0.037 < 0.05.(2)With significant difference between two groups.After treatment,the scores of FMA and MBI in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment,and the difference was significant(P< 0.05).(3)The treatment group was better than the control group in improving spasticity,daily living ability and upper limb motor function,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The clinical research on the effect of upper limb spasticity by observation of abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy after stroke,found abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy can effectively improve the patients with stroke paralyzed upper limb spasticity,improve the flexibility of ADL and motor function of upper limb.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy is better than the control group in the treatment of post-stroke upper limb spastic paralysis.The total effective rate is higher than that of Bobath alone.It is confirmed that this treatment can better relieve the spasticity,relieve pain and improve the quality of life of patients.3.There is no adverse reaction in this study,which confirms the safety of abdominal acupuncture combined with Bobath therapy.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
