Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Lower Limb Spastic Paralysis After Stroke By Awakening And Opening The Brain With New Bobath

Objective: spastic hemiplegia is the most direct cause of limb dysfunction after stroke.On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,this study compared the effects of awakening and opening acupuncture combined with new Bobath therapy and new Bobath therapy alone on the degree of lower limb spastic hemiplegia in patients with lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke.This paper tries to explore a rehabilitation program of lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke with better clinical efficacy,simpler operation,better cost and higher acceptance of patients,so as to further improve the overall clinical efficacy,improve the quality of life of patients,and contribute to the early realization of a healthy China.Methods: the cases of this topic research,a total of 60 cases,were chosen from guangxi university of Chinese medicine rui kang hospital affiliated rehabilitation medicine(encephalopathy needle kang ward)in-patient department,included in the standard of 60 cases of patients with lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke by random number table method is divided into the treatment group(awake brain begin to understand new Bobath stitch combination therapy)and control group(simple new Bobath therapy),30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received 45 minutes of rehabilitation manipulation treatment once a day(except Sunday)for 28 days(4 weeks).(1)the degree ofhemiplegia spasm of lower limbs: improved Ashworth score;(2)ability of daily living activities: improved Barthel index evaluation(MBI);(3)lower limb motor function: simplified fugl-meyer motor function score(FMA)and other methods.To observe the improvement of patients’ improved Ashworth classification.Results:(1)baseline comparison: there was no significant difference in age,gender,disease duration,stroke type and Ashworth spasticity grade between the two groups(P>0.05),comparable;(2)efficacy comparison:(1)after the completion of the 4-week treatment,the total effective rate was based on the patients’ MAS score.In the treatment group,10 patients were cured,13 were effective,3 were improved,4 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,6 patients were cured,9 patients were effective,6 patients were improved,9 patients were ineffective,and the total effective rate was70.00%.By rank-sum test,z=-1.967,p=0.049< 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(2)after treatment,FMA score and MBI score of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and Ashworth spasticity grade score was lower than that before treatment.The difference was significant and statist.Conclusions: 1.through this study research observe brain begin to understand new Bobath stitch combination therapy in the treatment of lower limb spastic hemiplegia after stroke clinical curative effect,found that awake brain begin to understand new Bobath stitch joint rehabilitation therapy in patients with lower limb spastic cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia the observation indexes were significantly improved,significantly improve the quality of life,and the curativeeffect is better than the control group.2.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the process of this study,which confirmed the safety of awakening and opening the brain acupuncture combined with the new Bobath therapy,and it is worth promoting widely in clinical practice.
