The Combination Of Acupuncture Bobath Therapy Tendon Junction Of Spastic Paralysis After Stroke Clinical Efficacy

Objective:To investigate the combination of acupuncture by tendon junction Bobath therapy for spastic paralysis after stroke spasticity, motor function, activities of daily living and the impact of neurologic impairment, comprehensive evaluation of its clinical efficacy, clinical treatment so as spasticity after stroke paralysis provide an exact effect of the treatment.Methods:60 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke, patients were randomly divided into treatment group (combination of acupuncture by tendon junction Bobath therapy) were 30 in the control group (treated with Bobath therapy) 30 patients, two groups of every 6 days for treatment, each treatment interval of 1 day,4 groups before and after treatment after treatment for spasticity, motor function, ADL and neurological impairment of the improvements.Results:The clinical observation showed that the treatment group and control group of patients with spasticity rating, Fugl-Meyer motor function score, ADL score and neurological deficit scores after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly different (P< 0.05). One Fugl-Meyer motor scores and activities of daily living score in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.01), total effective rate of 93.33%.Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture by tendon junction Bobath therapy can relieve spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with muscle tension and improve post-stroke spasticity and motor function in patients with activities of daily living, can effectively reduce stroke in patients with spastic paralysis degree of neurological deficit.
