Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Electroacupuncture Combined With Bobath Therapy On Spastic Paralysis After Stroke

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Bobath therapy in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke,and to explore a new comprehensive rehabilitation treatment program for the treatment of post-stroke spasm.Methods: Sixty patients with post-stroke spasm sputum who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,20 in each group according to the randomized controlled method.Patients in group A were treated with electroacupuncture twice daily and treated with Bobath therapy.Patients in group B were treated with electroacupuncture twice a day.Patients in group C were treated with Bobath therapy once a day.All patients were treated for 2weeks.Two courses of treatment.The modified Ashworth sputum(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA),and modified Barthel index score(MBI)were used to evaluate the temporomandibular dystonia and exercise in the three groups before and after treatment.Improvements in function and ability to perform activities of daily living,and then statistical analysis.Results:(1)After treatment,the MAS scores of the three groups were lower than the previous ones,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The A group was more than the B group and the C group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the group and the C group(P>0.05).(2)After treatment,the FMA scores of the three groups were higher than the previous ones,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the A group was more than the B group and the C group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the improvement of group C,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the MBI scores of the three groups were higher than the previous ones,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.01);the A group was more than the B group and the C group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).(4)All the groups had obvious effects,but the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between group B and group C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with Bobath comprehensive treatment has significant rehabilitation effect on spastic paralysis after stroke,which can effectively reduce muscle tension of limbs,improve limb motor function,and improve patients' daily living activities.Its effect is obviously better than single electroacupuncture and Bobath treatment.It is worth further clinical promotion.
