Objective: In order to provide a better theoretical basis for clinical medicine, the essentialresearch on "CHAO" of "FEI CHAO BAI MAI" has been done by analyzing lung diseaseand related vascular disease link.Method: The rat model with Pulmonary Qi Deficiency and Cold Phlegm in Lung diseasehas been successfully set up in laboratory through the improved rat model of Zhang's. Inaccordance with the standard of IL-8,BFGF, HSP70 and vascular wall thickness, theresearch of "FEI CHAO BAI MAI" was carried out at such different levels as cellular,organizational, organic and the overall levels by means of direct observation,immunohistochemistry, radioimmunoassay, light microscopy, electron microscopy and soon.. This test is original in clearly introducing traditional theories of tongue diagnosis andpulse diagnosis into the experimental design of rat lung disease and associating lungdisease with pulmonary and arteriovenous blood vessels separately.Result: Firstly, it is found that lung injury can cause obvious damage of both the insideand the outside lung blood vessels. Secondly, there is a mutual impact of lung and bloodvessels on each other.Conclusion: With the meaning of "convergence'V'CHAO" is the basic structure of lungand blood vessels and the foundation for all kinds of close ties between respiratory andcirculatory systems.
