With the improvement of China's economic strength and people's living standards,more and more people are taking part in the aerobic outdoor sport of fishing.Fishing rod is the main fishing tool.There are more than 3000 enterprises in China's fishing gear industry.The market demand for fishing rod is large and the quality requirements are high.According to statistics,there are many kinds of fishing rod materials.At present,most of the fishing rods are made of carbon rods,which are popular in the market.Because carbon rods have the advantages of good toughness,high flexural and compressive strength,light weight and high sensitivity,they are popular with consumers.In the batch production of fishing rod,the rod body is the key component,and the paint drawing is a key process of processing the rod body.The traditional way of drawing paint is performed by workers manually,which not only has low working efficiency,but also contains harmful chemicals in the paint.Therefore,the improvement of automation level in the process of paint drawing is an urgent problem to be solved in the whole industry.The research content of this paper is based on the development of the fishing rod automatic paint drawing system of the six degree of freedom manipulator.First of all,according to the manual paint pulling action,the mathematical kinematics theory of the mechanical arm,is combined with the manual paint pulling action.The program development and programming work on the robot studio simulation software will be completed;then hardware selection of the experimental accessories is carried out,the hardware construction and installation of the paint pulling platform are build;finally,a set of paint drawing system for fishing rod is designed by setting up the process parameters and optimizing the program software.The robot arm intelligent equipment can simulate the manual paint pulling action,realize the production process of fishing rod full-automatic feeding,fishing rod detection,feeding,paint pulling and dischargin.Especially in the harsh closed environment,it can reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment during paint drawing process,thus realizing the automation,high efficiency and environmental protection production in the fishing rod processing process as well as reducing the labor cost and time cost of the enterprise.The intelligent equipment for fishing rod production development in this paper is of practical and economic significance for enterprises to improve the quality of paint drawing process,product processing stability and production efficiency,and has better reference value for enterprises to carry out intelligent transformation.
