A Study On The Development Strategy Of Recreational Sea Fishing Industry In The Fishing Villages Of Zhoushan

The strategy of rural revitalization is an inevitable requirement to promote rural economic prosperity and to realize a good momentum of steady growth and sustainable economic development as well as industrial upgrading,transformation and innovation.Among the general requirements of the strategy of rural revitalization,industrial prosperity is the key to realize the modernization of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The development of recreational fishing industry can promote the prosperity of rural industry,and then contribute to the realization of rural revitalization strategy.At present,the development of recreational sea-fishing industry in rural areas as well as the implementation of the concept of integration sustainable development of industry are conducive to the prosperity of rural industry and the strategy of rural revitalization.At present,the fishing village in Zhoushan of Zhejiang Province is building a recreational sea-fishing industry,the purpose of which is to realize the revitalization of the fishing village and the prosperity of the fishermen,and to promote the realization of the strategy of rural revitalization with the prosperity of the industryBased on the theory of industrial integration and industrial development,this article takes the industrial development of Zhoushan as an example,which is represented by the industrial chain cooperation model of Xiushan Island recreational Sea-fishing Park,Baisha Island recreational Sea-fishing Base,and Dongji Island recreational sea-fishing Base,and analyzes the present situation,existing problems and reasons of the development of the recreational sea-fishing industry in Zhoushan.On the basis of referring to the development experience of the recreational sea-fishing industry at home and abroad,finally,the article puts forward some practical strategies to optimize the development of recreational sea-fishing industry in Zhoushan fishing villages.Through the research,it is found that at present,the recreational sea-fishing industry in the rural areas of Zhoushan is beginning to show scale,industrial integration and industrial chain is taking shape and the industrial development is forming certain economic and social benefits.In practice,it has formed the “industry +” multi-dimensional integration model,the industry chain coordination model,and the base operation model,etc.However,there are still some problems such as the insufficient scale of industrial agglomeration,the low degree of industrial integration,the mismatch between supply and demand of industrial development,and the lack of industrial ensurence measures.Based on the experience of recreational sea-fishing industry at home and abroad,combined with the reality of Zhoushan,this paper puts forward the development strategy of recreational sea-fishing industry in Zhoushan countrysides,as follows:(1)To strengthen the industrial plan,the first is to strengthen the guidance of industrial planning,the second is to broaden industrial financing channels,the third is to strengthen the industrial talent team,and finally the solution to re-employment of fishermen.(2)To promote the integration of industries related to sea fishing.To further strengthen the construction of sea-fishing base,and strengthen the integration with the tournament economy,the integration with the network economy,the integration with cultural industries and the integration with rural tourism.(3)Pay attention to the connection between industry and demand.Mainly from the extension of the industrial chain,building brand characteristics,innovative sea-fishing products and other three aspects to strengthen the depth of demand docking.(4)To strengthen the main function of the sea-fishing enterprises.One is to cultivate the “dragon head” of recreational fishing enterprises,the other is to promote the strong alliance among enterprises,and the third is to promote intensive management of enterprises.(5)To stimulate the vitality of social organizations and activate the role of sea-fishing associations.(6)To promote the regular and orderly development of the recreational fishing industry,balance the relationship between the development of the industry and resource protection,establish an information management platform for the recreational fishing industry,and implement the ecological protection in combination with the existing policies.
