Ring die granulator is widely used in feed industry and biomass energy industry due to its continuous and stable production process,high production efficiency,strong adaptability of raw materials,and low energy consumption.Aiming at the problems of the low degree of intelligence of the current ring die granulator,the manual roll adjustment of the die roll,and the complicated control of the feeding and quenching and tempering process,the key technologies of the intelligent ring die pelletizer are analyzed and studied in this paper.The main contents include:(1)The key influencing factors of feeder,conditioner,and pellet maker were analyzed,the requirements of intelligent ring-molding pelletizer were analyzed,and the system structure of intelligent ring-molding pelletizer was proposed according to the demand analysis.(2)Analyze the specific effects of steam and feed volume on the feeding and quenching process,and point out that the feeding and quenching process is a very complicated control process.The fuzzy PID control system for temperature and PID is designed using fuzzy PID control.Using MATLAB to simulate the designed temperature fuzzy PID control system.(3)Analyze the impact of die roll clearance on the pelletizing process,use the pressure sensing principle and eccentric adjustment principle to design the die roll gap adaptive adjustment mechanism,establish a theoretical model of die roll clearance adjustment,and use this as a control basis to propose The control method selects and designs the core components according to the parameters of the ring die granulator.(4)The PLC control system is designed based on the key requirements of the feeding and quenching and tempering process,the pelletizing and forming process,and the requirements of the intelligent ring-molding pelletizer.It assigns I / O ports and memory addresses,and selects hardware based on The designed PLC control system and C / S architecture,using Socket technology,multi-thread technology,OPC technology,and using C# Winform to design remote monitoring software.(5)Tests verify the correctness of the die roll gap adaptive adjustment mechanism and the feasibility of the automatic control system.
