China is the biggest pig breeding country, and the pig farming industry become the important part of increasing farmers' income in our country, which of the kinds of feed and feeding way is vital for increasing the income of pig breeding. According to the different growing period of different pig breeds choose different feed and feeding amount, ensure the quality of the growth of pigs. At present, the automatic feeding equipment level is low, and the pig breeding industry also has some problems. Pig breeding way mostly divided into rural household's scatter breeding and small-scale breeding, which has low level of automation and unreasonable feeding, showed a "high input but low output" phenomenon. Our country existing dry and wet two kinds of feed, and the absorption of nutrients to pigs is poor. The unscientific breeding way lead to the "high input but low output". The mainly feeding way is artificial feeding, lead to low efficiency and heavy work load. In recent years, with the development of scale and scientific of pig industry, it is increasingly important to young pigs, sow and nursery pig for scientific feeding and management. At present, feeding and feed fermentation will be as two parts in Chinese breeding industry, and the breeder operate feeding equipment for feeding with the fermented feed. In this paper, through the study of solid feed fermentation, design a kind of intelligent integration of feeding equipment, to promote the development of pig breeding industry in China.Faced with above feeding breeding problem, this paper presents the overall solution of a kind of equipment system on the base of the mature experience of solid feed fermentation and intelligent feeding device at home and abroad, relevant literatures, current research progress of fermentation technology and feeding technology at home and abroad, the advantages and disadvantages of existing equipment. The main research work is as follows:(1) Start with the choose of the automatical fermentation system master control unit of integrated equipment, and analyze the control advantage of the Programmable Logic Controller(PLC). Select equipment hardware, to design a integrated control system of integrated equipment. Including the human-computer interaction module, communication module, motor control module, identification module of tank, tank rollover module, remote communication module.(2) Start with the choose of distributed feed system master control unit of automatically integrated equipment, and analyze the control advantage of PIC. Choose equipment hardware of distributed feed system, to design a integrated control system of distributed feed. Including the motor control module, communication module, position recognition module, remote communication module.(3) Complete the design of the control system software, including the design of the touch screen software, communication protocol between modules, PLC program and C language of PIC singlechip. To meet the requirements of the function of each module, and realize continuous automatic fermentation and intelligent feeding in real time.(4) Design electrical protection system of integrated equipment. In addition to the short circuit protection and leakage protection, also equipped with abrupt stop button to stop integrated equipment work in an emergency.According to the design solution, with 220 Vą10% AC supply voltage, the integrated equipment is reliable, simple in operation, can realize the expected function and promote the development of pig breeding industry.
