Incubation equipment is to manually imitate the temperature, humidity, ventilation and egg turnover and so on in natural incubating process to supply a suitable environment for egg embryo. The quality of incubation equipment is decided in a large extent by the advance degree of its control system. So it is really meaningful to research and design the control system with better reliability and higher precision for improving the quality of incubation equipment. The intelligent control system has been designed in this essay.The researching situation at home and abroad, the principle and conditions of incubation are firstly introduced in the essay, and then the main goals of this design and the project of controlling temperature and humidity are discussed. The main section of the essay is the design of hardware system. Because of the complication of control system of incubation equipment, the hardware system is divided as their functions into fan subsystem, heating subsystem, humidifying subsystem, egg-turning system and so on. In case the automatic control system cannot work normally because of terrible external environment or misoperation, the second system is designed in every subsystem. Because CPU is the soul of the intelligent control system, the ATgamell28 produced by ATMEL is selected as the core of this system, and the software program is designed, simulated and debugged. Finally, the resource of jamming and the measures of anti-jamming are introduced.Experiment testified that the system designed in this thesis is reliable, practicable and easy to operate.
