| Peanut is an important oil crop in China,whose annual output ranks first in the world,and it is an important guarantee for oil safety in China.The mechanization and intelligentization of peanut harvest can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of peanut harvest.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of peanut joint harvesting,the intelligent monitoring system of peanut joint harvesting equipment is developed in this paper.The research contents of this paper are as follows:1.According to the structural analysis and intelligent detection and control requirements of peanut joint harvesting equipment,the overall scheme design of the monitoring system was carried out.Embedded hardware system of the bottom layer of the focus on the new design of proprietary adaptation.2.The real-time detection system of field working parameters of peanut combined harvesting equipment was designed and realized.The speed,analog quantity and other parameters of each important component are detected,and the detection scheme is optimized.3.With the harvest quality of peanut fruits as the goal,the structure model of multiinput multi-output control system of peanut joint harvesting equipment was constructed,and the control scheme of forward speed of peanut joint harvesting equipment was designed and realized.And each control subsystem is designed,which plays an important role in the overall closed loop of the system.4.The information subsystem of the monitoring system is designed.The configuration software was adapted to the hardware system,the detection of the harvesting track and the calculation of the harvesting area were realized,and the fault diagnosis of harvesting equipment was introduced.The peanut harvest of equipment designed in this paper,intelligent monitoring and control system,realized the peanut harvest equipment operation parameters of important structure of intelligent control,real-time detection,fault diagnosis and harvest,harvest trajectory in the process of running the size of the display,and other functions,to achieve the intelligent monitoring of peanut harvest equipment requirements,after compaction machine deployment and adaptation and field experiments,It verifies the effectiveness and scientificity of the monitoring system and enhances its intelligence level. |
