| With the continuous acceleration of industrial integration,Chinese fishery industrial structure has entered a period of rapid adjustment,and various policies and normative documents have been issued.The new type of fishery represented by recreational fishery is receiving more and more attention.Compared with developed countries,recreational fishery in China started nearly 30 years later.However,with the improvement of leisure awareness and consumption level,people’s consumption demand for leisure tourism will gradually increase.Under the current situation that the supporting policies and adjustment policies for recreational fishery are issued one after another,the industrial construction of recreational fishery will enter a period of quality and speed growth in the future.Through previous studies,it can be found that there is a general imbalance in the development of recreational fisheries in China,and the development level and resource utilization of recreational fisheries in different regions are uneven.As we all know,labor force is one of the important factors that affect the economic development.In the current situation that recreational fishery is an important industry for labor to flow into in Chinese fishery structure,this paper hopes to measure the current development of recreational fishery in various regions of China from the perspective of labor economics through the impact of labor on the output value of recreational fishery,and find out the problems that may be faced in the current development stage,so as to provide ideas for policy makers and investors in various regions in the development of recreational fishery.The research object of this paper is the relationship between labor force and recreational fishery output value,which has obvious characteristics of production relationship.Therefore,variable selection and model deformation are carried out according to the actual research object.Considering the lack of data on education,age and skill training used to reflect the quality of the labor force,this paper only uses the number of labor force as an explanatory variable to analyze the impact on thedevelopment of recreational fishery.In the process of data collection,it is found that the statistical data of the number of recreational fishery labor force in China only includes2017 and 2018,and the part-time and temporary labor force have not been further subdivided into specific fishery industries.Therefore,the fishery labor force data selected in this paper is actually the summary data of other professional labor force,part-time and temporary labor force in 2003-2018;In the selection of control variables,the disposable income of residents represents the consumption level of local residents in the region,the fishery output variable measures the local material capital input,and represents the development level of local fishery.For the reason that the material capital input of pelagic fishery to recreational fishery is relatively small,the output of pelagic fishery is deleted from the fishery output data;the explained variable is the output value of inter provincial recreational fishery.After the model and variables are determined,the research data can be obtained by consulting China Statistical Yearbook,China fishery statistical yearbook,China recreational fishery development report,national data query website,etc.Finally,the influence of the number of fishery labor force in each region on the output value of local recreational fishery is tested by the panel data of variable coefficient individual fixed model.The results show that if the regression results are simply divided according to the significance and positive and negative of labor variables,it can be divided into the following three situations:(1)The change of labor quantity has no significant effect on the output value of recreational fishery in the region.From the perspective of the development process of recreational fishery in China,when the development level of recreational fishery is still in the initial stage of development,it is difficult to find the relationship between it and the development of output value;from the economic point of view,after the labor-intensive industry enters the mature period,the demand for labor quantity will be gradually replaced by labor quality,so the change of labor quantity will not significantly affect the output value of recreational fishery.(2)The change of labor quantity has a significant and positive impact on the output value of recreational fishery in the region.For labor-intensive industries,the influx of labor force can bring about industrial development,which means that there is a relatively large labor gap in the industry,which means that the industry is in the rising stage of development.(3)The change of labor quantity has a significant and negative impact on the output value of recreational fishery in the region.With the decrease of the number of labor force in theindustry,the output value of recreational fishery is increasing,which means that the number of recreational fishery labor force in the region has reached saturation,or the industrial structure has been upgraded in the region,and the process is steady.It also implies that the fishermen have been channeled out and the orderly development of the new fishery has been achieved.Through the empirical analysis results above,it can be found that the number of labor force does not have a significant impact on the output value of recreational fishery in each region,that is to say,from the provincial point of view,it is not universal to simply rely on improving the number of labor force to promote the development of local recreational fishery.This proves that there are great differences in the development level of recreational fishery in different regions of China.Therefore,before formulating the development policies and adjusting the industrial structure of local recreational fishery,each region should fully consider the current situation of the development of local fishery resources and promote the development of recreational fishery from different focuses. |
