Research On The Development Of Recreational Fisheries Based On The Economic Base Of Fisheries

Recreational fisheries originated from traditional fisheries and have been receiving much attention in the development of China’s fishery economy since the 1980 s.Recreational fishery refers to the use of various forms of fishery resources(fishery resources,fishery production resources,fishing gear and fisheries,fishery products,fishery natural organisms,fishery natural environment and human resources),through the optimal allocation of resources,fishing and leisure,The combination of tourism,ecological construction,cultural heritage,scientific popularization,food and beverage,etc.,provides products and services that meet the leisure needs of the society,and realizes a new type of fishery industry that integrates one or two industries.The main research issues in this paper are as follows:(1)The theoretical relationship between the economic base of fisheries and the development of recreational fisheries.(2)The interaction between fishery economic growth and the development of recreational fisheries.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Explain the concept of leisure fishery and fishery economy and leisure consumption theory,sustainable development theory and industrial structure theory.(2)Analyzed the status quo of leisure fishery and fishery economic development,and analyzed its influencing factors.(3)Conduct regional differences analysis on the development of recreational fisheries and fishery economic growth in 11 provinces(cities)along the coast,and explore the theoretical relationship between fishery economic base and leisure fishery development.(4)After the logarithm processing of the original data,the unitary root test,cointegration test and Hausmann test are used to empirically analyze the development of leisure fishery andthe economic growth of fishery using the fixed effect variable coefficient regression model.(5)Based on the influence coefficient of empirical analysis,the formula of coordinated development degree is constructed,and the type of coordination development between the development of recreational fisheries in 11 provinces(cities)and the economic growth of fisheries is obtained.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Analysis of the current situation of recreational fisheries development and fishery economic growth in 11 provinces(cities)along the coast shows that the fishery industry structure in 11 provinces(cities)along the coast of China is not reasonable.As a tertiary industry,the development of leisure fisheries is inadequate,the regional development is uneven,and the total output value of recreational fisheries is low.As the primary industry,the fishery economy(the sum of marine aquaculture,marine fishing,freshwater aquaculture and freshwater catching output)has a large output value.The structure of the fishery industry needs to be adjusted.(2)From the analysis of the theoretical relationship between leisure fishery development and fishery economic growth,the fishery economy is the foundation,and the leisure fishery is a fusion industry between the fishery economy and the tertiary industry,with higher requirements in natural resources,labor,and market.And it can bring higher added value.The leisure fishery has become an important starting point for the transformation of the fishery economy and the adjustment of the structure.It has become an important way to protect the ecological environment of water resources,and has become an important way for fishermen to switch jobs and increase their income.(3)An empirical analysis of the development of recreational fisheries and the economic growth of fisheries shows that the development of recreational fisheries in 11 provinces(cities)along the coast of China has a positive effect on the economic growth of fisheries.For each additional increase in the total output value of recreational fisheries in Hainan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Fujian,Shandong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Liaoning,Hebei,and Tianjin,their total fishery economic value increased by 0.296277,0.354882,0.539908,0.255381,0.368887,0.292771,respectively.,0.391838,0.128307,0.333172,0.415840,0.194363 units.The economic growth of fisheries has a positive impact on the development of recreational fisheries.For each additional unit of fishery economic output value of Hainan,Guangxi,Guangdong,Fujian,Shandong,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Liaoning,Hebei and Tianjin,their recreational fishery output valueincreased by 2.891192,2.411555,4.215520,1.429275,1.556509,2.661025,2.393132,12.47884,1.572340,0.774829,3.066786 units.(4)Coordinated development of recreational fishery development and fishery economic growth in coastal areas shows that the marginal effect between leisure fishery development and fishery economic growth in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is highly coordinated;Liaoning,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Hainan,Shandong The marginal effect between the development of recreational fisheries and the economic growth of fisheries presents a high degree of coordinated development;the marginal role between the development of recreational fisheries in Tianjin and Guangdong and the economic growth of fisheries presents a comparatively balanced development;the development of recreational fisheries in Hebei and Fujian and the fishery economy The marginal effect between growth presents a low degree of coordination development.Recommendation: China’s coastal areas adjust and optimize the fishery industry structure,actively develop recreational fisheries,and continuously strengthen the development of recreational fisheries development and fishery economic growth.
