Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of Recreational Fisheries

As a new growth point of fishery economy,recreational fishery plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,increasing the employment and income of farmers and fishermen,and meeting the yearning of urban and rural residents for a better life.The sustainable development of recreational fishery is conducive to the transformation and upgrading of the traditional fishery industry.Under the guidance of sustainable development theory and WSR,this paper takes the evaluation of sustainable development of recreational fishery as the research goal,constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of recreational fishery from the three dimensions of resources and environment,industrial economy and social culture,and calculates the weight of index by the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method.Taking Zhoushan,Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the sustainable development of recreational fishery,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for the sustainable development of recreational fishery.By combing the relevant literature of recreational fishery,this paper puts forward the research background,research purpose,research significance and literature review of recreational fishery,defines the concept of recreational fishery,constructs the theoretical framework of sustainable development system of recreational fishery based on WSR theory and sustainable development theory,and analyzes the structure and elements of recreational fishery sustainable development system.Under the guidance of WSR,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of sustainable development of recreational fishery from the three dimensions of resources and environment,industrial economy and social culture,and calculates the index weight by the combination of Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method.The results show that the index weight of sustainable development of recreational fishery pays more attention to the sustainability of resources and environment,but not enough attention is paid to the sustainability of industrial economy and social culture.to realize the sustainable development of recreational fishery,it is necessary to make up for the shortcomings of the three subsystems of resources and environment,industrial economy and social culture,so as to realize the local optimization of each system,so as to promote the sustainable development of the whole.Based on the empirical analysis of the sustainable development of recreational fishery in Zhoushan City,this paper uses the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sustainable development of recreational fishery,and uses the data Envelopment Model(DEA)to evaluate the sustainable development efficiency of recreational fishery.The evaluation results show that the level of sustainable development of recreational fishery in Zhoushan is generally low,but the development momentum is good,showing an upward trend year by year.In the system,the sustainability of resources and environment makes the greatest contribution to the sustainable development of recreational fishery,followed by the sustainability of industrial economy,followed by the sustainability of social culture.There are many unstable factors affecting the sustainable development within the system,such as "per capita park green space area" and "recreational fishery fishing area" in the resources and environment subsystem,and insufficient output of "recreational fishery income" in the industrial economy subsystem.In the social and cultural subsystem,the output of "per capita net income of fishermen","per capita living space of fishermen","number of fishing cultural scenic spots" and "number of recreational fishery festivals" is insufficient,which reflects that the sustainable development of recreational fishery in Zhoushan City is insufficient in terms of environmental governance capacity and resource protection,the scale of industrial economy still needs to be expanded,and the social goal of industrial development is low.According to the results of empirical analysis on the evaluation of sustainable development of recreational fishery,the general idea of sustainable development of recreational fishery in China can be summarized as "environment priority,industrial coordination,overall consideration and balanced development".Some suggestions for the sustainable development of recreational fishery in Zhoushan are put forward,such as we should reinforce the protection of resources and environment in fishing areas and improve their ability of sustainable development.strengthening the support of recreational fishery industry,paying attention to the social and cultural construction of recreational fishery and so on.
