| Recreational fishery Recreational fishery is an important part of modern fishery construction in our country,and it belongs to one of the five major industries of fishery.At the same time,recreational fishery is an important way to speed up the“Transformation of mode and adjustment of structure”,and an important direction to promote the supply-side structural reform of fisheries.At present,the industrial integration development has become the inevitable trend of the whole social economic development.With the rapid development of science and technology innovation and fishery,as well as resource and environment constraints,modern fishery production must take the road of industrial integration development.According to the statistics,in 2020,the output value of recreational fishery in coastal provinces and cities of our country reached 46.931 billion yuan,accounting for about60% of the national output value of recreational fishery.Shandong and Guangdong provinces account for 37.88% of China’s total recreational fishery output value,which is more than 10 billion yuan,ranking the forefront of the country’s recreational fishery development.Therefore,from the angle of industrial convergence to evaluate the development of coastal provinces and cities recreational fishery,using gray correlation method,extreme value method and coupling coordination model,etc.,this paper analyzes the coupling and coordination relationship between the recreational fishery and nine related industries in coastal provinces and cities from 2006 to 2019,and evaluates the current situation of their industrial integration development,at the same time,combined with the grey forecast model GM(1,1)to predict the coupling coordination degree in the next five years,thus revealing the integration of recreational fisheries and other industries,the results can provide a theoretical reference for the sustainable development of recreational fishery in our country.The main findings are as follows:(1)Analysis of the relationship between recreational fisheries and other industries.This paper uses the method of grey relational grade to analyze the relational grade of 9 industries which affect the development of recreational fishery,the correlation degree between 9 related industry indexes and recreational fishery is high and moderate,and the correlation degree is above 0.6 and rising year by year,which indicates that the development of recreational fishery has gradually enhanced the driving effect on related industries.Recreational fisheries had the highest correlation with aquaculture,with a mean correlation of 0.7527 from 2006 to 2019,showing a high correlation.In the early stage of the development of our country’s recreational fishery industry,recreational fishery has a great effect on the wholesale and retail industry,accommodation and catering industry,culture,sports and entertainment industry.In recent years,the grey correlation degree of recreational fisheries with water conservancy,environment and public facilities management,transportation,storage and postal industry has kept a steady increase trend.The study shows that the development of related infrastructure and industry provides conditions for the development of recreational fisheries.(2)Evaluation of the coupling and coordination between recreational fisheries and aquaculture.Taking the aquaculture with the highest degree of correlation as a case,a coupling coordination model was used to evaluate the degree and level of integration between recreational fisheries and aquaculture in coastal provinces and cities.The study shows that the development of recreational fisheries in Shandong province is the first to surpass the aquaculture and has played a good role as an example.At the same time,the degree of coupling and coordination between recreational fishery and aquaculture industry in coastal provinces and cities has been increasing year by year.The evaluation showed that in 2006,the recreational fisheries in Tianjin and Shanghai were in the stage of serious maladjustment,while those in Hainan,Zhejiang,Fujian and Jiangsu were in the stage of mild maladjustment to medium-level coordinated development,Guangdong and Shandong provinces are in the stage of well-coordinated and high-quality coordinated development.By 2019,in addition to Fujian,Tianjin,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shandong,Guangdong,Hainan and other seven provinces(cities)are showing high-level coupling development state.(3)A GM(1,1)-based model for predicting the coupling between recreational fisheries and aquaculture.The coupling degree GM(1,1)prediction model of recreational fishery and aquaculture was constructed by using the previous years’ data.The results show that the GM(1,1)model has high accuracy and can be used in the following prediction.The forecast shows that the predicted value of the coupling degree of recreational fisheries and aquaculture will increase slightly in the next five years,but there are obvious differences among different regions.Since 2020,the recreational fishery and aquaculture industry in Shandong,Guangdong and Jiangsu provinces have been in a good and high-quality level of coordination,Fujian province and Zhejiang province are in the grade of mild and imminent maladjustment,Hainan province is in the grade of moderate and mild maladjustment,and Shanghai and Tianjin are in the grade of severe maladjustment.(4)Suggestions on the integrated development of recreational fisheries and related industries.By studying the integration path of recreational fishery industry in coastal provinces(cities)of our country and the correlation analysis between recreational fishery industry and related industries in each province(cities),some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of policy support,industrial chain extension and traditional fishery transformation and upgrading.1)Policy guidance and support should be further strengthened to promote the standardized management of recreational fisheries.In the transformation and upgrading of recreational fisheries and the integration of industrial development and management,the establishment of recreational fisheries management coordination mechanism departments,the establishment of a clear responsibility,efficient operation of the coordination mechanism and regulatory system.2)Extending the industrial chain of recreational fishery and promote the integrated development of recreational fishery industry.In the future,we should further strengthen the creative design of the production and operation sites of recreational fisheries,explore the fishery culture resources in depth according to local conditions,promote the deep integration with culture,science and technology,ecology,tourism,science popularization and so on,enhance the added value of rural industries in an all-round way,and effectively promote the extension of the industrial chain.3)Actively guiding the transformation and upgrading of traditional aquaculture and fishing to recreational fisheries.At present,part of the fishery industry still focuses on the development of aquaculture industry,which is at the back end of the industry chain.We should try our best to break the development pattern of the traditional fishery,adjust the industrial structure,promote the transformation and upgrading,develop the modern fishery with multi-functions and multi-levels,and push the recreational fishery to become the new economic growth point of the fishery area. |
