| Since the reform and opening up,the level of economic development in China has been constantly improving,with the simultaneous change of the national consumption concept,which is particularly evident in the tourism consumption.People’s outbound tourism has changed from the horse view fancy group browsing tourism mode to the small group leisure experience tourism mode.In this context,recreational fishery industry came into being.Recreational fishery is a new tourism mode that integrates food,leisure and entertainment experience.It is essentially the integration of the first industry and the third industry,so the mode has a strong natural flavor.At present,people’s life rhythm is faster and faster,people in the city are facing huge pressure every day,so more and more people begin to pursue the life style of returning to nature and liberating the body and mind,and the recreational fishery mode just fits the contemporary people’s pursuit.However,with the continuous development of recreational fishery,more and more problems are exposed.It is also important to study recreational fishery from multiple perspectives.This study summarizes the relevant literature of recreational fishery in the past,chooses a different research perspective from the traditional industrial economics,and studies the service quality of recreational fishery from the perspective of customers.Using SERVQUAL model,QFD theory,service quality and other related theories,combined with the actual situation of Hongze lake recreational fishery,the paper constructs the evaluation system of recreational fishery service quality,and makes a questionnaire survey on the service quality of Hongze lake recreational fishery,processes the survey data with the help of AHP and matrix analysis,obtains the scores and sequencing of key elements of service quality,reveals Hongze Lake.The problems in the service quality of recreational fishery are analyzed,and the countermeasures to improve the service quality of recreational fishery in Hongze Lake are put forward. |
