| Zhoushan coastal fishing ground is known as the fishing warehouse.Relying on the unique conditions,it has made historical contributions to the rapid development of marine fishery and social progress in Zhoushan City.However,due to the extensive development mode of marine fishery,overfishing,backward technology of fishery facilities and equipment,relatively unbalanced development of fishery production mode,fishery management unable to meet the needs of fishermen for production,and a large number of pollutant emissions,the fishery resources along Zhoushan coast are declining,the fishery production efficiency is decreasing,the quality of aquatic products supply is declining,and the environmental pollution is aggravating Sustainable and healthy development of fishery has become a prominent problem in the new era.In view of this problem,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of fishery development and utilization along the coast of Zhoushan through industrial investigation and theoretical research.Based on the theory of industrial development,this paper puts forward some suggestions on revitalizing the fishery along the coast of Zhoushan,comprehensively carrying out the ecological restoration and resource recovery of fishery,promoting the transformation and upgrading of fishery technology,innovating fishery management,and actively developing green fishery,so as to provide reference for the development of fishery along the coast of China It is of great practical significance to make new contributions to the development of Zhoushan archipelago New Area by providing experience and model for development and scientific management.First of all,using industry survey,literature research and other different research methods,this paper investigates the fishery production and construction of Zhoushan coastal fishing ground in five aspects: marine fishing,shallow water aquaculture,artificial reefs,proliferation and release,leisure fishery,analyzes the utilization status of coastal fishing ground,and analyzes the existing problems of coastal fishery.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of typical fishing villages,fishery production units,fishery management units and fishery technology research institutions,this paper analyzes the development opportunities and bottlenecks of coastal fisheries,studies the hot and difficult issues of coastal fisheries,and explores the ideas of coastal fisheries revitalization.Thirdly,based on the theories of industrial transformation,green development and industrial structure competitiveness,this paper analyzes the development background,bottleneck and ideas of marine fishery in Zhoushan coastal fishing grounds,and puts forward the development countermeasures of green fishery in Zhoushan coastal fishing grounds.First,improve the technical level of fishing equipment,and actively promote the construction of key marine fishing projects,including the reform of traditional fishing technology,the development of ecological fishing technology,the construction of high-quality fishing nets,and the demonstration project of FRP fishing boats.The second is to vigorously build marine ranch,strengthen the ecological restoration of coastal fishing grounds,and strengthen the construction of marine ranch demonstration area of Ma’an islands,zhongjieshan islands and Putuo East Sea area.The third is to develop intelligent aquaculture and build a green ecological modern aquaculture system,including developing deep-water cage aquaculture,improving the level of intelligent development,establishing mussel brand aquaculture,expanding industrial influence,implementing deep-sea large-scale facility aquaculture,and exploring a comprehensive aquaculture production mode of the whole industrial chain.The fourth is to develop characteristic leisure fishery and give birth to new forms of leisure fishery services,including improving the infrastructure of sea fishing venues,accelerating the development of leisure sea fishing industry,transforming old leisure fishing boats and improving the management system of leisure fishery.Fifth,we should innovate the mechanism of fishery resources management and build a new scientific fishery management system,including the establishment of a survey and evaluation mechanism of fishery resources,water environment and fishery production capacity,the establishment of self-discipline organizations for fishermen,the strengthening of the system of fishermen cooperation organizations,the improvement of corresponding safeguard measures,the protection of fishermen ’rights and interests,and further promoting fishery protection actions such as "one fight,three renovations".It is a solid theoretical foundation and technical support for actively developing green fishery along Zhoushan coast and promoting the construction of Zhoushan Islands New Area in Zhejiang Province. |
