Solar greenhouse is an important part of facility agriculture in China.It covers a large area in northern China.However,the application of automation and modern facility equipment in solar greenhouse is less,especially in greenhouse monitoring,there is a lack of low-cost and portable monitoring equipment.Therefore,using Android smart phone as the monitoring terminal of greenhouse,building a greenhouse wireless network which is convenient for farmers to use and simplifying the wiring in greenhouse is the task of this topic.WiFi technology can be seamlessly connected with mobile terminals.In this paper,WiFi technology with larger data transmission capacity is selected to design the bottom wireless communication network of greenhouse monitoring system.The system requirements are analyzed and STM32F103 embedded microprocessor is used as the main control chip,ESP8266 wireless WiFi module as the network transmission module,according to TCP communication protocol,star network topology is selected to build the system network.The Greenhouse Wireless Sensor Network is constructed by using the function of ESP8266 wireless WiFi module ad hoc network,which includes the terminal node and the main control node in the local area network.The terminal node is used to collect all kinds of environmental parameters in greenhouse.The collected information is sent to the master node by router.The master node sends the data directly to the mobile terminal through wireless network.In order to optimize the performance of the system,the design scheme of multi-core master node is formulated in this paper.The multi-core master node includes server A area,client B area and client C area.In order to solve the problem of limited connection of ESP8266 wireless WiFi module,the traditional design mode of master node and terminal node is improved.The terminal node is set as server mode,and the client C area of master node is set as client mode.The terminal node is set up as AP_STA mode,which can be connected both actively and passively.At the same time,the function of the independent terminal node is designed in the Android client,which can make the Android mobile terminal and terminal node connect directly without the main control node,prevent the system paralysis caused by the router failure,and enhance the reliability of the system operation.Android Studio is used to develop mobile terminal software.Mobile terminals can acquire data through wireless networks and control equipment in greenhouse to meet the requirements of greenhouse environmental parameters.An expert consultation system is designed in Android client to help farmers understand the relevant knowledge of professional crop cultivation and better serve farmers.Perform system performance testing,including node performance testing,network performance testing and multi-computer communication performance testing,verify the reliability of the system,and analyze and solve the problems of IP address jitter,multiple connection failures and data transmission failures in multi-computer communication testing.
