Research On The Platform Of Collecting And Publishing Grass-roots Agricultural Statistics Data Based On Mobile Terminal

Since ancient times,China is a large agricultural country,attaches great importance to the production and development of agriculture.In order to grasp the current development of agriculture and to formulate more rational agricultural policies,it is necessary to have accurate agricultural statistics.However,most of the current agricultural statistics work still stay in the traditional paper report and statistical work mode,so it can not keep up with the pace of development of the times,and can not meet the current needs.In order to facilitate the work of agricultural statistics and improve the efficiency of agricultural statistics,this paper proposes a platform for the collection and publishing of grass-roots agricultural statistics based on mobile terminals.In this platform,the using of the mobile Internet for the traditional agricultural statistical data collection,can make the staff anytime,anywhere report data,improve data collection efficiency;using PHP Web architecture,achieving the IOS and Android terminal,running stable and effective.This paper research the platform based on the mobile terminal for collecting and publishing grass-roots agricultural statistical data,the main work is as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the construction of agricultural statistical informationization in China,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of agricultural statistics and statistical informatization in Xiamen.Taking the town and street as statistical units,such as Siming,Huli,Jimei,Haicang,Tong’an,Xiang’an six counties in Xiamen,by sampling statistical agencies,grass-roots statistician,hardware and software facilities and statistical business training and other data distribution values,analysis the balance of statistical station distribution,the degree of specialization and stability of the statisticians,the popularity of statistician exclusive equipment,the effectiveness of statistical business training,to find the problems in the process of agricultural statistics.Combined with the situation of agricultural information at home and abroad,pointed out that the construction of intelligent mobile grass-roots agricultural statistical data collection and publishing platform is an effective way to solve the current problem.2.This paper analyzes the process of grass-roots agricultural statistics data in Xiamen,analyzes the problems such as the staggering and repeatability of the data acquisition process,and analyzes the problems of the statistical items set up according to the statistical data of the various processes related to the workflow and the actual report data,finds out the causes of the grass-roots agricultural statistics having poor timeliness and high error rate.This paper proposes the solution of collecting and distributing the statistics of grass-roots agriculture based on intelligent mobile terminal,and puts forward some strategies such as real-time acquisition,regular reminder,customized statistical report and instantaneous release,which can solve the problem of agricultural statistics.3.Design and implementation of the grass-roots agricultural statistical data collection and publishing platform,including system architecture design,database server design,mobile terminal APP design.The system has applied the popular software technology,realized the PHPWeb system architecture,the system interface,the intelligent mobile terminal APP(IOS,Anriod)the integration platform,and carries on the functional test and the performance test,and gives the test result.This paper introduces the main function modules of the platform,analyzes the system test run status and running performance,and forecasts the further work.
