Research On The Relationship Between China's Forestry Industry Integration And Industry Structure Transformation

In May 2017,the State Forestry Administration issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for Forestry Industry Development",which provided planning guidance and new ideas for the next five-year development of forestry industry of China.One of the important tasks of the development of the forestry industry proposed by the "Plan" is to promote the integration and development of the forestry industry.Promote the integration of forestry primary,secondary and tertiary industries by actively improving the linkage mechanism between enterprises and forest farmers,supporting the deep processing of forest products,and encouraging the development of order forestry Promote the integration and development of the forestry industry and the information technology industry through the implementation of the "Internet+Modern Forestry" strategy.Promote the integration and development of forestry industry and financial industry through innovative forestry industry financing model.Promote the integration and development of the forestry industry and the modern circulation industry by improving the forest product circulation system.The "Plan" also pointed out that it is necessary to optimize the proportion of the forestry primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and to take that "steadily develop the primary industry,optimize the secondary industry structure,and rapidly and healthily develop the tertiary industry" as the central task of forestry industrial restructuring.The industrial integration,sector integration,and technology integration are the development paths to promote the development of the forestry industry from the low-end to the mid-to-high end.The research of this paper is based on the background of the above-mentioned forestry industry integration development and forestry industry structure transformation,and the theory of industrial integration,industrial structure theory,the relationship between industrial integration and industrial structure transformation and other related theories,to study the relationship between forestry industry integration and forestry industry structure transformation of China.Firstly,through the combination of input-output method and principal component analysis method,we can measure the integration level of China's forestry industry from the active integration and the passive integration,and understand the comprehensive level of China's forestry industry integration at the present stage,and the level of forestry integration with different industries.The situation is combined with the gray state Markov model to estimate the level of forestry industry integration to fill in the missing values.Secondly,the speed index and quality index of China's forestry industry structure transformation are calculated through the Moore vector method and the industrial structure hierarchy coefficient method,while the effect of industrial transformation can be evaluated from the two aspects:transformation speed and transformation quality,so that we can understand the current state of China's forestry industry structural transformation.Thirdly,verify the interaction between China's forestry industry integration and forestry industry structure transformation by establishing a vector auto-regressive model.It is found that the impact of forestry industry integration on the transformation of forestry industry structure is a short-term,of which the active integration will inhibit industrial structure transformation,while the passive integration will promote industrial structure transformation.The impact of forestry industry structure transformation on forestry industry integration is a long-term,of which industry Structure transformation will inhibit the active integration and promote the passive integration.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to accelerate the interactive development of China's forestry industry integration and forestry industry structure transformation.
