| In today's social development,forestry undertakes the dual task of protecting the ecological environment and promoting economic growth.Whether the forestry industry structure is reasonable and whether the forestry industry development is competitive,determines the contribution of forestry industry making to the region's overall economic and affects the role of forestry playing in environmental protection to a certain extent.Zhejiang Province forestry development "thirteen five,plan put forward the "five years green plain water,ten years to build forest Zhejiang,strategic goal,plan to take a "green water and mountain are wealth"modem forestry development path.In recent years,the forestry development in Zhejiang Province is relatively rapid,but compared with the overall industrial structure of Zhejiang Province,the proportion of forestry secondary industry is too large,the proportion of the tertiary industry is too small,the forestry industry is not competitive in the development of Zhejiang forestry industry at a low level of development in the overall economic system.Therefore,it is helpful to promote the sustainable development of forestry in Zhejiang Province and promote the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan" of forestry development by promoting the adjustment and optimization of forestry industry structure,and enhancing the competitiveness of forestry industry.This paper focuses on the forestry industry structure and forestry industry competitiveness in Zhejiang Province.First of all,the growth rate of forestry industry development,the strength of forestry industry structure and the competitive advantage of forestry industry were analyzed in Zhejiang Province from 1995 to 2015.The results show that compared to the whole country,the quality of forestry industry is not advantageous in Zhejiang province.Although the overall competitiveness of forestry industry is greater than zero,the competitiveness deviated from the share from 2011 to 2015 has been negative,indicating that the development of forestry industry began to be weaker than the national level in recent years,though the overall competitiveness from 1995 to 2015 of Zhejiang is better than that of the whole country.Secondly,the gray theory model was used to analyze the relationship between forestry industry structure evolution,forestry industry and forestry industry development,forestry industry development type division and so on.Finally,the index system of comprehensive competitiveness of forestry industry in Zhejiang Province is constructed,which is based on five kinds of second-level indicators,such as resource,market,capital,labor and technology,and the TOPSIS method based on entropy weight is applied to the comprehensive competitiveness of forestry industry in Zhejiang Province,the competitiveness and annual trend of five parts.The results show that:(1)From 1995 to 2025,the pattern of forestry industry in Zhejiang Province changed from "one,two,three" to "two,one and three "pattern,and then to "two,three,one".(2)The forestry secondary industry has the strongest influence on the forestry development of Zhejiang Province.Specifically,the most influential factors in the development of the first,second and third industries of forestry are "the cultivation and collection of economic forest products"," Wood,bamboo,rattan furniture manufacturing " and "forestry tourism and leisure services,respectively.(3)The leading industries for the development of forestry first,second and third industries are "Planting and Collection of Economic Forest Products","Wood,Bamboo,Reed Paper and Paper Products","Forestry Tourism and Leisure Service"respectively.(4)The comprehensive competitiveness of forestry industry in Zhejiang province in 2005 and 2015 showed a rising trend but a little slightly descending trend from 2013.(5)In general,resources,labor and market competitiveness are of competitive advantage,and capital and technology competitiveness need to be further improved. |
