Research On Forestry Industry Integration Level In Heilongjiang Key State-owned Forest Areas

Forestry economic growth is an important issue in the development of forestry industry.How to effectively promote the industrial economic growth of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang has always been the core issue in the reform of state-owned forest areas.With the implementation of forestry policies such as the "natural forest protection project",the development and utilization of forest resources has been subject to many restrictions.The labor-intensive forestry economic development model based on wood forest products has undergone profound changes.The capital intensive forestry industrial layout based on non wood forest products has not been formed,and the forestry economic development of stateowned forest areas is facing new challenges.At the same time,the long-standing institutional,resource and structural constraints in state-owned forest areas have led to the situation of resource crisis and economic crisis.Therefore,in order to ensure that the economic development of forest areas is reasonably improved,the industrial structure of forest areas is further optimized and adjusted,and the integration of forestry industry has become the only way for the future development of forest areas in Heilongjiang Province.Starting from the development of forestry industry in key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang,this study takes promoting the integrated development of forestry primary,secondary and tertiary industries and secondary industries as the foothold and implementation point of the research,and studies new ideas to promote the economic development of forest areas from the perspectives of forestry supply side,factor input structure,forestry industrial structure and forestry technology,In order to fundamentally solve a series of problems in the process of forestry economic development,this paper discusses new methods to promote the economic development of forest areas.Under the background of forestry policy adjustment and forest management system reform,based on industrial integration and forestry economic transformation,this study focuses on the internal logical mechanism,practical characteristics,causality and potential transformation path in the process of forest industrial integration and forestry economic transformation,mainly including the following contents:First,it systematically expounds the relevant literature at home and abroad.By combing the concept of industrial integration and related theories,expand the conceptual category of forestry industrial integration,clarify the internal relationship between relevant theories and the research direction of this paper,ensure that the research has a strong theoretical basis,and provide a complete and standardized logical framework for the empirical analysis in the following paper.Second,it expounds the forestry development status of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang.It is found that there are many problems in the forestry development of key stateowned forest areas in Heilongjiang at this stage,such as the bottleneck of economic growth,the lack of development power of advantageous industries,the low efficiency of forestry resource allocation,the serious uneven distribution of regional production efficiency,and multiple obstacles to efficiency improvement.Therefore,it is urgent to seek the path of forest economic transformation and promoting industrial development.The third is empirical analysis.In the measurement and analysis of industrial integration level,correlation coefficient,variable coefficient panel regression and bivariate local gear index are used to measure the three aspects of Forestry Industry Association extension integration,cross contribution integration and agglomeration driven integration,and the internal laws and implicit characteristics such as the stage of industrial integration are found.In the inspection and analysis of the causes of industrial integration,variable intercept Variable coefficient panel regression model and dynamic spatial Durbin model from the aspects of forestry factor input structure(measured by investment & labor ratio),forestry industrial structure(measured by non wood & wood industry ratio)and forestry technological progress(measured by the technical progress change index decomposed by total factor productivity in forestry input-output analysis)to test the marginal effects,regional differences and time differences of different forestry industry integration contents.Finally,the spatial econometric analysis method is used to test the time effects,direct effects and spatial effects in the process of forestry industry integration to further grasp the internal law and potential trend of forestry industry integration.Fourth,put forward suggestions,strategies and development paths.Based on the logical mechanism and empirical analysis of industrial integration,this paper discusses the future development trend of industrial integration in key state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang Province from the aspects of grasping the reform opportunity,improving the endogenous driving force of industrial integration,extending the industrial chain and enhancing the driving force of forestry scientific and technological innovation,so as to clarify the development direction for the economic development of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province.Promoting the economic development of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang Province is a huge systematic project.Choosing the integration mode suitable for the development of forestry industry will play a positive role in the development of forestry economy,but it still needs to continue to explore.I hope that the exploration of this paper can provide theoretical support and policy suggestions for guiding the benign development of forestry industry integration.
