Cabbage(Brassi caoleracea L.)belongs to Cruciferae,biennial herb,grows well in mild and wet environment with enough light,it can also bear cold weather,the most suitable temperature for cabbage is 15-20℃.Cabbage can be cultivated very well in other three seasons except summer.Cabbage is one of the most important vegetables in many countries all over the world,and it is also a kind of vegetable which has been cultivated in great areas in China.In recent years in China,the consumption of chemical fertilizer especially nitrogen fertilizer has seriously exceed the national safe standards,which is seriously polluting the environment and crop,causing wastes to agriculture.Problems like the rate for fertilizer utilization is low,the rate of return on fertilizer is decreasing,acidification of soil emerge in an endless stream,so it becomes more and more important to reduce the consumption of nitrogen fertilizer.This paper presents 7 treatments about the application of nitrogen fertilizer on cabbages,based on the usual consumption which farmers always accept.1.-40%(N1,22.48 kg/667m2),2.-30%(N2,26.24 kg/667m2),3.-20%(N3,29.88 kg/667m2),4.-10%(N4,34 kg/667m2),5.CK(N5,37.58 kg/667hm2),6.+10%(N6,41.24 kg/667hm2),7.+20%(N7,45 kg/667m2),try to test and induce the relationship between consumption of nitrogen and yield,content of nitrate or other physiological quality index of cabbages like’Heat-resistance 60’ and ’2015-47’.Once upon we get the exact date of consumption of nitrogen fertilizer in which the yield of cabbage decreases(N 1,22.48 kg/667m2),we continue our test with the application of bio-organic fertilizer(BOF1-45 kg/667m2、BOF2-50 kg/667m2、BOF3-55 kg/667m2)and soil conditioner(SC1-45 kg/667m2、SC2-50 kg/667m2、SC3-55 kg/667m2)on the exact consumption of nitrogen fertilizer we have just chosen,and do the similar work as above,to find if other fertilizers’ application can save the yield decrease because of lacking nitrogen fertilizer.To do some exploration for the purpose in agriculture:reducing nitrogen fertilizer while no decline on cabbages’ yield,improving the quality of cabbages.And now the results are as follows:1.The yield of cabbage ’Heat-resistance 60’ and cabbage ’2015-47’ increase first and then decrease with the increasing consumption of nitrogen fertilizer,under-30%treatments,cabbages’ yield reaches to the peak.The yield of cabbage decreases under the high level of nitrogen.For ’Heat-resistance 60’ cabbage,although there is no significant differences between treatments,the trend is obvious.And at the same time,we can find that under-40%treatment,yield of 2 kinds of cabbage decrease or increase not so obviously.The content of nitrate nitrogen in the leaves of 2 cabbages increases with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application.Other indicators such as the projection area,transverse and longitudinal diameter ratio,compactness,water content in each kind of cabbage has no relationship with the consumption of nitrogen fertilizer.For ’Heat-resistance 60’ cabbage,the stem diameter and protein content increase with the increasing consumption of nitrogen fertilizer.For ’2015-47’ cabbage,stem diameter、ransverse diameter andthe height of cabbage ball increase first and then decreases with the increasing consumption of nitrogen fertilizer,while the Vc content increases with the increasing consumption of nitrogen fertilizer.The trend for some quality indexes in different varieties are not the same,may be because of the different conditions of cultivation management,different materials or different sampling conditions.Under the application of nitrogen fertilizer on N1(22.48kg/667m2)treatment,with the different consumptions of bio-organic fertilizer(BOF),soil conditioner(SC),in addition to BOF1 treatment,the other treatments can enhance the cabbage ’2015-7"s yield,increase the water content and Vc content,reduce the soluble protein content.Increase the concentration of nitrogen in cabbage ball,The reasons may be related to the higher soil nitrogen concentration after soil cultivation.Application of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner can increase the cabbage ’2015-7"s projection area and photosynthetic area,increase the possibility of increasing cabbage ’2015-7’ yield.Stem diameter,leaf diameter and leaf ball height increase with the increasing consumption of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner.The height of cabbage has no business with the two treatments.The aspect ratio and compactness of cabbage ’2015-7’ has no significant effect with the application of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner.Between the treatments of bio-organic fertilizer and soil conditioner,the SC3 treatment has the best effect on the yield of cabbage,and the quality of cabbage was also better,while the BOF3 treatment is the second choice. |
