Wolfberry is a woody plant whose fruits are used as Chinese medicine and food.It has a long history of cultivation in China.Because it has many beneficial effects on the human health,it has been favored by consumers worldwide in recent years.Planting wolfberry brings high economic benefits to farmers,as a result,excessive of chemical fertilizers are commonly applied for higher wolfberry fruits yield in recently.Excessive chemical fertilizer may affect the quality of wolfberry on the one hand,and increase the risk of environmental pollution on the other hand,which is not a way of sustainable development of green agriculture.Organic fertilizer is a comprehensive source of nutrients,is it a practical way of reducing the input nitrogen fertilizer for wolfberry through the application of organic fertilizer combined with nitrogen fertilizer,so as to achieve stable production and improve quality while reducing ecological and environmental risks? Field experiments were carried out with two different soil of high fertility and low fertility.With different rates of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer combined to screen an optimal ratio of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer were explored for better yield and fruit quality.The experiment was a one-factorial randomized blocking design with the six of combination treatment of nitrogen fertilizer amount(0,50,100,150,200,250 g N/plant)and organic fertilizer amount(0,2,4,6,8,10 kg commercial organic fertilizer/plant): N250M0,N200M2,N150M4,N100M6,N50M8,N0M10,a total of 6 combinations.:(1)In the high-fertility wolfberry field,compared with chemical fertilizers applied treatment N250M0,treatments with combination of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer increased the yield of wolfberry and improved the and fruit shape index of wolfberry significantly.The two-year field experiments results show that the combined application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer can increase the yield by 8%~21% compared with the single application of nitrogen fertilizer,so 4~8 kg organic fertilizer/plant and150~50g N/plant can be used in combination.In the low-fertility wolfberry field,when organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer are applied together,the yield of wolfberry cannot be significantly increased,it actually decrease the wolfberry yield.The application of organic fertilizer can improve the fruit shape index of the fruit.(2)In both high and low-fertility wolfberry fields,the combined application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer increased the content of macro and trace elements in the fruit.Compared with the treatment with only nitrogen fertilizer,the combined application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer increased the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in the fruit.Although there was no significant difference,the value showed an increasing trend.(3)In high-fertility wolfberry fields,when organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer are applied together,polysaccharide,soluble solids,Pro,Arg,Cys content,and Cupric Ion Reducing Antioxidant Capacity can be improved.In low-fertility wolfberry fields,the combined application of organic fertilizers and nitrogen fertilizers increased the contents of flavonoids,polysaccharides,Thr,Glu,Gly,Val,Ile,Leu,Tyr,Phe,Lys and His,as well as essential and semi-essential amino acids in fruits,Soluble solids also increased with the increasing application rate of organic fertilizer,especially N100M6(100 g N+6 kg commercial organic fertilizer/plant)is the best treatment.(4)In both high and low-fertility wolfberry fields,the application of organic fertilizers increased the soil total nitrogen and organic matter,and total phosphorus and available phosphorus also showed an upward trend with the increasing application rate of the amount of organic fertilizers.On high-fertility fields,the application of organic fertilizers reduces the nitrate storage in the 0-300 cm soil,reducing the risk of environmental pollution.(5)In the high-fertility wolfberry field,the two-year test results show that the combined application of organic fertilizer and nitrogen fertilizer improves the economic benefits.In the low-fertility wolfberry field,with the increase of the amount of organic fertilizer,the economic benefits of wolfberry tended to decrease,thus the economic benefit of wolfberry is reduced.In summary,the application of organic fertilizers can improve fruit quality and soil fertility,and can at least ensure the stable yield or even increase yields.In wolfberry fields with high soil fertility,the recommended fertilization is: 4-8 kg/plant of organic fertilizer combined with 150-50 g N/plant of nitrogen fertilizer.In wolfberry fields with low soil fertility,in order to improve soil quality and fruit quality,the recommended amount of nitrogen fertilizer Not less than 100 g N/plant,with 4-8 kg/plant of organic fertilizer. |
